Can an application developer access our files on our mobile inside that application?

Hi, I am just concerned that there are many applications available like "Secret Folder" or "My Disk" etc on Apple App sStore to save your personal files, pictures and videos on iPhone or iPad. We can save our personal files there and put a lock on it. I am just concerned, is that possible for the Application developer of that app to get access to those files saved inside if he wants?

I will be very thankful for this help

How to change your twitter password?

I can't remember my twitter password and I can't remember my email password (had 2 brain operations) but I'm logged on to the app on my ipad as it saved on the ios but how do I change my password without having to log out or make a new twitter account?

Chrome wants to access my photos?

I recently downloaded a google chrome app for my iPad but when I try to save a photo from it, it asks to access my photos. Is it safe to allow chrome access all my photos?

My crush is avoiding me?

We used to talk all the time. We would flirt. Then I just stopped talking to her but we would still like have this awkward stare whenever we would see each other in the hall. Yesterday I opened my browser on my iPad and her instagram popped up in the middle class and I'm not sure if anyone saw. Today after school I was talking to my friend outside in the parking lot and I was keeping an eye out for her because I wanted to start talking again but after like 15 minutes of talking to my friend, I noticed her car wasn't there. That makes me think she went out of her way to avoid me. What do you think?

Instagram has been deactivated?

on my phone I can't log into my instagram account, even if i try to make a new one and log in it still says my account has been deactivated.

However, I can log into my account on my Ipad and on instagram.com. I can also log into my account on any other device that has the instagram app or another of app that logs you into instagram.

Is it save to charge electronic devices in Vietnam especially in the country side?

So next month I'm going to go back to Vietnam of a month and, I'm basically bring my macbook, iPad, android phone back there. So i was just wondering if it was explode if i charge it. Because i heard that in vietnam have stronger watts than in america, and my android phone charges really fast so. Please answer thanks.

Is my iPad hacked?or am I crazy?

I was sitting at my desk with my iPad watching pewdiepie on YouTube. When the video ended a heard a little girl giggle… Then I exited out and closed it. A week later I was singing karaoke horribly,(it was purposeful for family to get some laughs) and at the end I heard a huge laugh in the same voice as the girl come from my iPad. I don't know if someone hacked me or if I'm hearing voices… Help.

New pages pop up on my iPad?

I have an iPad Air and whenever I go to swipe off the last pages I was on there's pages on there that I never opened? Am I being hacked or something why does it do that?
