What kind of iPad should I buy?

I'm saving up for an iPad because they're expensive and it's easier for me this way. Anyway, I'm new to the iPads and they seem like great products but I'm not sure because I've never owned one. I use to want the Kindle Fire HD but as soon as I found out there were issues, I wanted something faster and wouldn't lag AT ALL. That's really important to me. I started watching reviews on YouTube about the iPad 2, 3, 4 and Mini but I'm just not sure which iPad is right for me. I'm not being picky or anything.Am I picky because I care about the amount of storage on my device and performance? If so, then I'm guilty. Anyway, I know what I want to use the iPad for: storing music, games, books and apps.It also would be nice if the web surfing was faster and not laggy at all. What do you think? O and don't tell me to pick the Kindle Fire HD because I'm not buying something that might lag like the original Kindle Fire. Basically I want to store alot of music, games, apps, books and documents (I like doing research.)

IPad 3 vs Galaxy Note 10.1?

Hey guys, my dad is a minister, and he needs a bit of help with his notes for his sermons. His notes are always strewn around, and he's been wanting an iPad recently to get his notes for his sermons straightened out. I wanted to help him out:
He is planning on an iPad, probably an iPad 3 (from Best Buy- $499)
I'm thinking it would be better for him t get a Galaxy Note 10.1 (from Best Buy- $499)
Both tablets are the same price, and I know the iPad probably beats the Note by a landslide on features, but I want to know about note taking, occasional pictures, as an ebook reader, things I know he'll end up using all the time. Which would be better for someone like him?
Also, I've taken a look into the Asus TF300T (at Best Buy- $349), would that be better than both of these?

And would he really need a 9" or 10.1" screen? Instead should he get an iPad mini 7" or Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0"?

My ipad keeps me up at night?

Every day when I get back from school I play my ipad. I feel the need to stay connected. I'm usually watching videos or on Instagram and I find it hard to put it down. This is really consuming my time! I usually end up starting my homework at 9 and ending at 11. Any tips?

Can an iPad break with a metal key?

I was looking up cheats for this sme an it told me to put a metal key on the screen, and it works, but after about 5 minutes, I realised that it might actually affect something inside it.
Now, my iPad is acting wierd. Like when I use it, the screen goes on other places that I'm not touching and when I try ad touch some places it doesn't.
Have I broke it?

My iPad 2 won't charge!

So I was playing a game on my iPad and it completely died so I plugged it into my iHome. I came back 40 minutes later and it just gave me that message that it was charging but not enough to turn on.So then I plugged it into the wall. Came back 20 minutes later, same thing.So finally I plugged it into my laptop and nothing had changed. I have tried holding the on/off button but that didn't help. Pls help me! Thank you so much

What cydia apps work on the ipad mini running ios 6.1?

I just jail broke my ipad mini and like no cydia apps work on it! I really want to get the mountain lion theme in it but, even dreamboard won't install! It starts too then opens up some code and red text pops up and a button says return to cydia. I'm getting pretty upset because I really want stuff to start working. I did reboot my ipad mini but that didn't help. Please help me out. If you don't know what to do please don't answer. Thanks

IPad mini stuck in recovery mode, can't restore?

I updated my iPad mini to 6.1, then, I restored. Well, I tried.It started to restore, but said the file got corrupt while downloading and it now its stuck in recovery mode. If i try to restore, it says the same thing. If i manually select the 6.1 ISPW, It gives an error -1. Wat do?

Ima try updating iTunes for now

What can I do to my miserable life?

I am 13 years old, i am really begging for an iPad and nobody wants to buy it for me.My mum promised to buy it for me and she told me she isn't going to buy it for me.my parents always buy for my big brother and me nothing.they never count me in anything and she promised me and shes not buying it for me, my father is determined really determined NOT to buy it for me.my father began screaming, banging on everything yelling at me and telling me no no no.

I have such a miserable life, last year i tried to commit suicide attempts 2 times.i really am and feel empty.i don't have friends, i don't have a best friend and nobody counts me as a best friend.i just have 6 people in break just to stay with them, they never talk to me and i stay alone in the morning and I have an Facilitator (LSA) that helps kids because i have mild symptoms of A. D.H.D.
I have a social worker and she told me if i say another time i want to die they will take me to a hospitalized place and leave me there.i already threatened my parents to die yesterday and today and had really mood swings.my own parents call me fat, my 'friends' call me fat and my whole family calls me fat! I know i am over weight and they dont have to brag about it.this annoys me i cry every night and feel thorn and shattered to bits inside.im sick and tired of my life.

i am ugly, fat and have problems.nobody talks to me in school everybody stares at me and laugh inside becuz i stay alone in the morning near the bin.my life is a total wreckless and i dont have friends nobody stays with me and in class nobody picks me as a partner i always stay wit the 2 losers in class.i hate my life i cant take it anymore.i really need help and everyone calls me ugly and everyone judges me. 3 yrs ago my 'friends' in school broke my teeth and i have 2 front false teeth now. 2 days coming up and my exams will begin. i was thinking of going to this hospistilized place and tell my mum that im sick of my life and to call the social worker and take me there today before tomorrow!
My life is a mess and everywhere i go no one talks to me and in this youth centre i used to go to nobody talked to me and left me alone and lonely and i dont have any friends.i used to be bullied not physically but verbally speech bullying and they broke my teeth.im sick now please help me and dont tell me im not fat im overweight and pls pls help me and admit that y life stinks nobody knows the real me and they judge with what they see not with what i really am.my life is a mess

Since Wii U can use the tablet controller as a display and PS3 can use Vita as a display can Xbox do it with a smartglass? Can I use my iPad as a display to Xbox?

How strong is he iPad 4th geration screen?

I kept my iPad 4 in my bag along with my books, however it was at the back of my bag where my calculator and my metal pencil case is.So I was wondering how strong the iPad 4's screen is.

BTW: The iPad 4 was in this case with something like the apple smart cover for the protection for the screen.

When I buy something in iTunes, it gets into the ipad. How do I stop it so it downloads on he touch, and but not on the ipad.

Ipad 2 or 1 - Need information?

Hello all,
I have never used Apple products but now my niece wanted an ipad and I want to gift it to her. She is just 5 years old and she just need that for games. I can only afford $250 in which I can get Ipad 1 or 2. I want to ask that what is the difference between ipad 1 and 2. If I will get her Ipad 1, is there anything that she cant run on it? Please guide me
