Should I get the Ipad 2 or the new Ipad with Retina display?

I was wondering which one I should get. I do see a difference in the screens and camera, the processor is also faster in the newer one. But it's not enough difference to persuade me yet to buy the new one yet. I don't wanna get the Ipad 2 and then it's out of date with the app store in a few months..so that's why I was leaning more towards the newer one.

How to get a ipad out of recovery mode?

I have a Ipad 2, jailbreak, I wanted it back to normal so tried to update it to IOS 6, I saw it start, so I left it there.but when I came back to it, it shows the plug in to itunes sign. I tried all the youtube ones but none of them worked.

Why is my ipad mini not syncing my music?

My iPad Mini has been messing up on me lately. I had to take my songs off of it once because the music always played by itself when i'm watching a video or playing a game or reading a book. I wouldn't mess with the music and it would come on. Anyway, I took off the music on it and it was acting better again. But now I want the music back on but it won't sync anything to my iPad Mini. I restored the iPad to factory difficulty but that didn't work either. I'm mad at this thing. I'm just thinking about trading it in and getting me a regular iPad if this thing won't work for me.

I have the latest iTunes, iTunes 11 I think. But the songs won't get on my iPad

Ipad 1 3G without data plan?

On amazon, the ipad 1s are like $230 but they are the 3G ones, don't you need a data plan for that? My phone company doesn't offer data plans for ipads because we have Tmobile, even if they do, I don't want the data plan. I just want the ipad for my TV shows.So will it work without a data plan?

Should I go for the Ipad mini or nexus 7?

I currently have an ipad 2. I love it but I want to trade in for a smaller model because The ipad is very uncomfortable when reading in bed at night. Especially with the OtterBox. Also, I want something that i can fit in any purse I have, not just the big ones. I was thinking about going to the Nexus 7 but am afraid because I am a seasoned ipad user. I would like something less expensive than the ipad mini though.So, heres what is most important to me:
Ereader; I have to be able to upload the epubs i have on my computer to the device. Conversion shouldn't be a problem.
Surfing capability: i do a lot of surfing and shopping on my ipad. I expect my smaller device to do the same.
App availability: as long as there is words w freinds… Lol
Battery life: I am okay with bringing my charger around as I have had to do it with my ipad but I dont want to have to have my tablet plugged in every hour or all the time.
Your advice and experience will be greatly appreciated!

IPad 2 restoration not working?

Hai, I have an Apple iPad 2
Background info: Unjailbroken, Half of the memory is taken up by apps and music

I havent restored it in a while, so I wen't to the Options menu and selected "Update", So it's still plugged in to the wall-charger and installing the stuff, then a screen comes up that says "Connect to iTunes" and so I did. Then while connected, a message pops up in iTunes telling me to restore it before it can continue updating, so I did. But at 99% of the install, it says something like "Cannot recieve the file (ipsw)" I've retried several times and tried using TinyUmbrella to take it out of the mode thing. Please Help D:

My ipad Smart Cover is pink.My kids play in my ipad A LOT and my $50 Smart Cover is DIRTY! I really want another one because it keeps it very safe from dings and scratches. The covers I have seen that are similar dont cover the speaker or the volume and on/off buttons.

You know Wilbur from Meet the Robinsons? Just watched the movie for the first time, and though I'm embarrassed to admit it, I am b-e-y-o-n-d infatuated with him. Downloaded the movie onto my iPad just to see the darn kid whenever possible.

Of course, I'm able to distinguish reality and fiction (he's not going to knock on my door and hand me flowers tomorrow night, I know that). I guess it is just a tiny little crush, but why would I have any romantic feelings towards a piece of computer animation? I'm 17 and frequently date *real*, legitimate boys, so I'm don't really understand where this infatuation might be coming from.

Ipad mini upgrade trouble?

Trying to upgrade my ipad mini to ios 6.1 from 6.0.1 and got the error 3194.i went and completly erased everything on my ipad (i backed it all up first of course) and tried again.still got the same error.i had seen someone post on google saying that if you erase the last 2 lines of a certain file in the "hosts" that it would work.tried that and im still not having any luck.any ideas on how to upgrade it?

How to get youtube videos to play on mini ipad?

Hi,

I was told the ipads were like computers w/o a hard drive. You guessed it. I got one thinking it would be lighter than my laptop. But it has no word or notes capability. Now, it does not play any youtube music videos or launch.

Is there some software or app I need to load on this mini so that it will play music videos? Each time I try to play a music video I get the message "unsupported device".
