I have an ipad 2 and its broken read details?

so basically i downloaded jailbreak on it this was at least 5 years ago. Then around that time i was being stupid and tried undownloading it without looking up a tutorial and i clicked something and it just sort of broke int won't turn on and all it shows is saying its out of battery. Is it possible to fix? Send youtube vid if you can on how to fix anything. And don't say that I'm a idiot for breaking this i was like 9. Ps i let the iPad sit there for like 5 years until today to wanting to fix it. Plus can i bring it to apple i don't think so i think jailbreak is illegal.

IPad iCloud storage?

Dumb question… I believe my iPad Air has only 3gb. I want to download games. But it keeps saying no room for more. So if I upgrade my iCloud storage to 1TB will that help? Thanks

Photography, filming, etc?

I'm making a birthday video for a friend from my iPad mini and i need suggestions as to how i can put whichever song i like as the background music to the video. I don't use iTunes, so that's really not an option. I've tried various apps but they provide music which i do not want. I don't want to make any payments with cash or something. I've tried flipagram but the music only lasts for 30 seconds/ a minute at the most but i need it to last for at least 5-6 mins.
Any idea? Any app which might help me? I need it asap. Your help would be appreciated.

It's not connecting?

I have an iPad Air 2 and a Logitech BLOK keyboard case. However, I cannot connect them through bluetooth and I've tried everything I could think of. I tried restarting my iPad, changing the batteries, turning the bluetooth off, separating the iPad from the case and the keyboard, and moving away from other bluetooth devices. But nothing's working. Please help me, I have school tomorrow and I need my keyboard to work.
