Internet keeps going out? - 1

So for a couple of weeks my internet randomly goes out, when it goes out it works on my Ipad and other sony ps vita but not on my computer, I think i might be getting DDoS'd because someone might have gotten my IP on a chat, so how do I stop this from happening again? Oh and I tried to reset my router and didn't change my ip.

Why won't Game of Thrones work with Smartglass?

I have an iPad Air, installed Xbox Smartglass and am running the HBO. Go app on my 360. Before the episodes begin a Smartglass ad appears saying turn on Smartglass to view star content. When I open the app it shows what episode is playing as well as a description of the episode. I go to the Smartglass tab and all it shows is a "Video Guide" button. When I select it it says "This won't work with what's on your xbox." Am I doing something wrong or is something incompatible.

I might be an accessory to a crime?!

okay, yesterday after school i stayed after and took the bus, then a person lets say his name is John and he told me I FOUND AN IPAD! I said, really? Did you return it to the person? He said no and he explained "i already tried to look for the person today" (btw he found it outside on the school bench) and he told me i asked around who's it was and im going to tomorrow too. And then i said. Good. Does it have a number and he said no. Then i said okay… And he put it back in his bag then I had to go home because that was my turn to turn into my block and he was ripping some paper off and laughing and he said "haha F* no" and i was like wth? Then i saw him walking toward the office today assuming he was taking it back and then i went to my next class. Thennn in the afternoon i was hanging out with my friends and he said hey jewel do you want your charger? Because the previous day he asked for it to look for a number into the ipad (the owners number) and i gave it to him my being the dumb naive person i am >:( and he had it and he was like i still have it bragging to the world an his mom was RIGHT THERE! And she didnt care! And then i said Want me to unlock it i have like 6 computers at my house! And then he gave it to me and took my number to get it back. And i told him i;d have it to him by tomorrow so i could call the school and tell them i have it and i'd like to return it on monday. BUT HE WANTS IT BACK BY TOMORROW AND IF I DONT GIVE IT TO HIM HE WILL COME TO MY HOUSE WITH HIS MOM. So should i lie and tell him like a white lie like "my mom found it and returned it to the school" or give it to him and let him get caught? B the wayi called he school and told them my name and his name and that i have it t return but i think i might give it t him and let them search his backpack and find it. The essage i sent said "my name is ________ and i want to report that i have an ipad stlen by ______ (ex. John) and i would like to give it back (and the rest of what i explained in this paragraph) and I THINK IM GOING TO BE PUT IN JUVI FOR A MONTH AND GET EXPELLED AND MY MOMS GONNA HATE ME AND OH GOD! This girl told me all of that might happen t me but i really cant let that happen to me! I dont want my mom to have my iphone for a longer time im already grounded from it! And i dont want her to be disappointed and mad i can't do this to her:'( please help me and tell me what can happen. Can i get in troule for taking it even with good intentions? Please pleeeease help me. PLEASE! By the way im 13 and a half in 7th grade:)

Which version of Grand Theft Auto should I download onto my ipad?

So I want to download a grand theft auto game onto my first gen iPad mini but don't know which one I want. There's grand theft auto III, grand theft auto vic, and grand theft auto San Andreas. These are the three I'm torn between. Any help or opinions would be awesome. Thanks.

My ipad is restricted, what can i do for fun?

My school iPads have iBoss on em so the internet is restricted.
Are their any game or relatively fun sites to go to? I cant use a website unblocker cuz last time I got in trouble. Someone said it needs the right kind of proxy. Not sure how to find that:P im not that advanced in computers yet.

So yea, if anyone has any sites they can recommend me i would be glad. (o^_^o)
Added (1). There wasnt anything about it in the policy. We cant bypass the system but if a website isnt blocked them im not bypassing. They left it out. Their fault.

People with children?

I'm doing a project into how much children are around technology, and aged twenty, I remember having my first computer at the age of 14, and my first phone a year later.

I'm just wondering how much your children are around computers, phones, iPads, iPods, all of the above basically, and how proficient they are at using it. Are you afraid that they possibly use them too much?

Why do Itunes and Quicktime suck?!

Apple is supposed to be the mother of excellent software design, intuitive and aesthetically.
All is fine until I plug my iPhone or iPad in my pc and want to exchange pictures, video or music.
First it takes an eternity for ITunes to start-up. Then it wants to update, which takes a long time, because I have to manually download about 150 MB to find out it's not the 64-bit version, which I can only find using google search. After the latest ITunes version has finally started, I'm confronted with an ugly interface which makes no sense (to a windows user). I can't just pick items and right click or drag them to a windows folder or back to my apple device, no I have to "synchronize", which gives me hardly any control of what's happening. I can rave on, but this is my biggest problem with ITunes. So I use the free "if unbox classic" instead.
Also, what's going on with QuickTime, it looks like it's from 1994, has no options and tweaks and it makes me feel my pc is from 1994 since it slows down my computer terribly and I use a new Dell CAD workstation! I solved this by using the free "media player classic" instead.
I really like IOS but I don't understand how it is possible they screw up ITunes so bad. Surely ITunes works fine on an Apple computer but I don't want to buy an Apple computer and I never will, just like most pc users…

What is Disney Infinity?

Okay, so I heard about this for so long and being 15, I didn't really bother to care much about it but I still do love Disney and such as that. Today on the app store, I decided to look around for games and I stumbled upon it. So all I can do is build some land on it, but where do I play it? On my ipad, do I buy it somewhere like what? I saw a figurine packet of it at walmart so I'm guessing I'm suppose to buy that?
