Do mirrors make you look bigger?

I recently did an experiment on both mirrors and video cameras.So basically I found out that I look bigger on my mirror compared to how I look on video. The mirror is flat, and is kinda like carved into the wall. The video camera I used was the iPad and I found my self looking way skinnier on the iPad.So I was wondering, which image is correct.
(For the experiment I was wearing exactly the same clothing.) also I know some people who think it might be the lighting, but I really don't think so.

My wife wants a baby. She loves other people's babies. I love my wife and it makes me sad to see her sad. But I hate babies when I see a baby, I see a husband not getting any attention. I had to go to a meeting all day and this guy i work with didnt have to go to this meeting but went with me anyways.So I didnt think he was coming but he showed up, i was surprised! In the meeting I paid attention and took down notes when he sitting next to me play with his ipad and cell phone. Most of the stuff we did speak of was work related. Then we went to lunch, he paid for it, very nice of him… spoke more of work issue and then on the way back because he drove, he said his girlfriend is crazy because she wants him to visit every two weeks to some far off place and he said isnt she crazy? HTML5 local storage not working?

IPAD1 stops buffering youtube vids?

Hi,
I know i'm a little behind the times and there's much newer ipads out now, but I recently bought the original one as my first tablet.

However, when i'm watching a youtube video, the video stops loading/buffering about a third of the way through and just stops so that I can never watch the full video.

I'm on the verge of selling it on Ebay now. I've seen this problem mentioned quite a lot since googling my problem.

It happens whether i use the youtube app, or youtube site in safari.
I also downloaded another youtube app called 'watch later', and the problem remains.

Any other steps anyone can advise before I get rid of it and get a samsung pr something?

I don’t understand Xfinity hotspots?

I don't understand Xfinity hotspots. I thought this was a service Comcast provided to their customers by opening up hotspots around town. I used to be able to log my ipad in at work using a hotspot with my Comcast log in information. Been doing it fine for months. Today I tried to log in and my ipad no longer shows the xfinity wifi option. When I called Comcast about it they said the building must have cancelled their wifi.So I guess I don't understand. The rep lead me to believe when I use hotposts I am logging into someone's service. I'm confused because I am using my own Comcast information so how I am logging into someones elses hotspot wifi with my info? Can someone please explain how hotspots work, who pays for them???

I have an ipad 4th generation and I wanted to jailbreak it using evasi0n.

So I wanted to know if I jailbreak it will my old apps that are installed on my iPad get removed or stay the same?
I have 200 or so apps from app store installed directly from the iPad.

Will I necessarily need to sync my apps with itunes in order to keep my apps or it's just for safety?

I'm a rookie so please explain if there is any chance of these apps getting removed during the jailbreak process.

In need of some Spiritual advice .?

Hello, My Brothers and Sisters.
Allow me to introduce myself, I'm a girl of a young age who is going through something. I've fallen into the World sometime last year, and I can't seem to get back on the right track with Lord our God. I've done some things that I shouldn't have, I've disobeyed and disrespected my Parents and My GOD. I won't get into detail about what I've done because some people might say that it's "Not that bad" or it's nothing to worry about and all I have to do is ask for my forgiveness. I feel like there's something I need to do to fix my relationship with God and I don't know what. But to understand my situation I will get into more detail of what I've been through: I chose to stay away from all things Godly (Bible, Church, Gospel Music etc.) just because my Parents are so strict and very serious about our Beliefs.It's not that I didn't believe in Jesus, it's just that I chose to go into that path because it was part of the Lifestyle that I wanted to live, and the lifestyle I wanted to live was the total opposite of what my Family wanted.So I would always have this mean attitude towards everybody especially my Parents. I started questioning God and cursing him because I thought it was 'Cool' the first couple of times I cursed him I actually felt really bad, I got that pain in my stomach like I did something wrong and I shouldn't have done that, but I ignored it. I continued to do it and soon enough I got used to it and it didn't bother me, it became apart of my vocabulary. Every Sunday I'd have to come up with an Excuse to stay home like "I don't feel good" or "I have nothing to wear" once I faked being sick just so I can stay home from Church. I don't know why I was like this, I just got used to the life style and didnt want to change. (Yes, there's more to the story but again I'm not getting into detail.) One day my Parents noticed that I was getting out of control because it came to a point that I hate my Parents so much I couldn't stand to live with them anymore, so I moved in with my Grandparents.So my Parents grounded me, took my phone away (you know how that works) and forced me to move back in with them. When I say they grounded me try not to take that too lightly.It wasn't really being 'Grounded' it was more like Punishment. They didn't abuse me or anything but let's just say there was a lot of Yelling, Screaming and crying when they found some of the stuff that was in my phone. They called me things like 'Satan' or 'Demon possessed' and that punishment went on for a while. I still don't have my phone, they don't trust me with it anymore. They tried to cut me off from all things related to Technology, but with time they let me go on Computers and iPads etc.that was almost a year ago and now my relationship with my Parents is pretty good actually. I feel like because I went through that it made us closer than we were before. But I still don't feel like I'm right with GOD. I know that he is a forgiving God and that he still Loves me, I know that nothing can ever stop him from loving me but I just feel like I can't get back to the relationship I used to have with Him. When I was really young I had a relationship with him that was just amazing, I would always sense the Holy Spirit and I would always be so excited to go to Church every Sunday. I had the gift of Tongues at the age of 7! My Family was proud, my Friends were Jealous THEY WANTED TO HAVE A RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD LIKE I HAD WITH HIM. Well, how the tables have turned. Anyway, since then I have been more Sensitive to the Holy Spirit and I try to go To Church when I can. I pray every night but I feel like my prayers are a little on the selfish side. I don't really listen to Gospel music, only occasionally. I have prayed and fasted for something Selfish and even though God answered that prayer, I feel like I should've fasted for something more important like getting to know him better. I just can't get myself to fast again, I tried but I absolutely cannot do it anymore.So I do feel like I'm slowly getting on the right track, but I always get tempted to go back to that life and sometimes I do go back and do what my Parents don't want me to do and I know that by disobeying my a parents I'm disobeying God. I just can't fight this addiction and I'm going crazy.

If you've read everything that I just wrote, I just want to Thank you and say God bless you because that means you are worried about another Christian in trouble and want to help. If you have any advice for me, please tell me what to do.

Will there be a ff7 remake?

I know this is a question that is asked frequently but will this actually happen? I mean the ps3 came out and they showed us what ff7 would look like if it came out for ps3 and I was just like "holy sh*t!" And thought they were gunna make it but they didn't…

But I bought a remake of ff4 on the ipad and I've been playing it, it's pretty cool so far, but it's not ff7 square enix! And I also heard that they have been remaking the ff in order, like remaking the original then ff2 then 3 and onwards, which means they would eventually get to ff7 right? And with the ps4 supposedly coming out this year why not release it as one of the first games? I mean come on Sony, you want me to buy a ps4? Get square enix to make this freaking game! Plus think about all the money they will make if they stop making ff "run straightforward for 20 hours until you complete it… 13" and remade ff7 or maybe even other ff's that people like, like ff6 or 8 people actually prefer those to 7. But 7 have a freaking movie and had a prequal game made for it bitches! So which one is superior? Nah I'm just kidding, they're all great, but I just prefer 7. :P

If they do release it I want it to be alike the game, no storyline changes or anything, a few extra side quests would be nice though, and with the ff13 fighting style it would be great! And what would be better and more realistic would be if you could have your entire team fighting at the same time, and to prevent it from becoming too easy, make hard bosses harder and easy enemies come in larger packs or with other harder enemies, and with the little role thing ff13 had it would be freaking hectic! Seriously square enix if your reading this hire me to make this game, I mean you may need to do all the programming but ill come up with good ideas, heck you don't even have to pay me, just get it done! :P

Apple Ipad, Tablet or Laptop for University?

I am starting my first year of university and am unsure what I should use to take notes on.
I own a hp laptop, but I really don't want to take it to class due to technical difficulties I am having with the battery and also it needs a new fan. What would you recommend I use for note taking in lectures/class?

An apple ipad or a tablet (if so, what one?)? I will only need it for note taking in class. When it comes to writing papers and assignments I will type them on my laptop. Also, is there an easy way to transfer notes from Ipads/Tablets to a Laptop? Like by just using a usb or something? I've never had one, as you can tell haha.

And how is the typing experience on them? I am a faster typer which is why I am looking to use these instead of writing.

Basically, I got an iPod touch about 14/15 months ago, within about 10 moths it was dying (charger didn't work, I had cracked the screen and it was being generally temperamental) and by 12 it was finally out, no longer works… at first I just wanted to replace it but I have been browsing the web and due to being COMPLETELY indecisive I am now not sure what I want.

Firstly I could get a new iPod or either version of the iPad to replace it, with cheap games and the iTunes store for both music and movies, which would keep me entertained, the only problem is that Apple being the brand it is, can afford to charge three times the production cost, which will set me back between £250 and £750 depending on what I go for.

The next option is to get myself a 3DS. Being around £50 cheaper than the cheapest Apple devices I'd be saving myself a bit plus there is a great library of games such as the Mario games (Kart, 3D Land, Bros. 2) plus it has the physical buttons which is nice. I previously had a DS lite which was fun until after about 4/5 years, it packed in. However games are expensive compared to the AppStore…

My next option is the Wii U which personally looks pretty good to me, which nice games better for more hardcore gamers (Batman: Arkham City, Assassins Creed III etc.) it would replace the Wii that currently resides at my mum's house. The Wii U is apparently fully backwards compatible which is great, meaning that none of what we have will go to waste…

Finally we come to the Xbox. There is currently a 360 at my dad's, but with Sony bringing out its PS4 any week now, DualShock4 announced and E3 looming just around the corner, is it worth me holding out for the next-gen Xbox announcement to see what it has? The current rumors aren't getting my hopes up but they are just rumors…

What do you think and what would you choose from the above? I would like a decent gaming PC but I'd be paying upwards of £1500 if I was going for a decent powered one that would keep up with the next-gen consoles for the next 6-10 years. For the record I will not be buying a PS4 or a PSVita.

Homemade Rabbit Toys?

I have a 4 month old Lionhead rabbit. All he wants to do is chew! He has unlimited access to alfalfa hay to file down his teeth. He also has a wicker basket, a wooden box, a little hanging cabbob thing, a wooden ball, a wooden rolly thing, a little key thing made of wood, a bell, a little twig stick thing, a woven carrot thing, and a few other toys so he has a lot to play with and chew. But it seems like he would rather chew everything else that he shouldn't chew. He has chewed my posters, my homework, my blanket, my sheets, my pillow cases, my book bag, zippers on everything, several pairs of my jeans, several of my shirts, several towels, my cat's collar (while it was on her neck), my dresser, the extension cord to my fish tanks, 3 iPad chargers, my cat's bed, my dog's bed, several dog toys, the bags to almost every bag if food I have for my animals, my carpet, corners of the walls, my brush, several pairs of my socks, his food bowl, my notebooks and textbooks and so much more. He even chewed the whole underneath of my bed and we ended up having to take the bed frame off so he couldn't get under there and he has completely stripped the carpet up in my closet (when my grandmother realizes that she's gonna freak x.x). Are the any things in the house that I can gve to him to chew since he pretty much has zero interest in toys? I was thinking maybe old notebooks, old school papers, newspapers, poster boards, paper towel rolls and toilet paper tubes, paper towels, sticks, branches things lie that or will some of these things make him sick? What is a good home network set-up for gaming with several wireless devices connected?

I currently have a crummy second-rate gateway (router/modem) and share it with my family's 5 iPhones, 1 iPad, 3 laptops, Apple TV. The bandwidth goes to a crawl when they download movies, watch youtube, and whatever else these weird people do. When I use my PS3, even with an Ethernet connection it is borderline unplayable in online modes.My connection speed is 1700mb/s download, 300mb/s upload.

January my period started the 7th and ended the 12th. During that month I was intimate on the: 3rd, 5th, 18th (twice that day), 22nd, and 29th. Everything seemed normal the whole month.

This month being February, I got my period on the 10th and it ended on the 15th. The last 3 days of my period were unusually light. I was intimate on the: 3rd, 5th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 19th, and 21st.

I'm using an application on my ipad to keep track of everything and I started doing so last month. According to the app, my period was due February 4th which would be a 28 day cycle; but instead, it came in the 10th, resulting in a 34 day cycle.

I've done some research to figure out when ovulation happens but every answer is different, so I'm not sure when I ovulate. I've recently learned about checking the cervix, but I'm still having trouble finding it. I'm not on any birth control, nor have I taken plan b.

This morning, February 22nd around 1:00am, I noticed a little bit of blood.It's not enough to wear a tampon/pad, it also isn't dripping out like a period/discharge usually would. I then used a cotton swab to see the discharge a little better.It started off light and pink, and now it's 7:00pm and its brown. I have small cramping, and the discharge still isn't heavy enough to wear anything.It's now dark brownish/red, streaky, and thin.

My period isn't due until next month on the 17th, and I think once out of the 9 years I've been getting my period It has come early only once.

Is pregnancy a possibility?

Should I get a lifeproof?

I want it for taking underwater pictures I would also get the life jacket for it but I was wondering if it is worth $80 and does it really work underwater or will it ruin my phone. After 18 months of dating (and a child) she insisted on getting married.

She got pregnant with our 2nd on our honeymoon.

She racked up credit cards and the line of credit. She tried to get me to put her name on the house. A house I owned before she came along.

She had a garage sale and sold a bunch of my things. She left after 2 years of marriage in the middle of the day with our freezer, ipad, china, slr camerea, etc.

She claimed abuse then said there had been none. She filed irreconcilable differences and immediately asked for the house and all the goods within.

The court did not give in.

She asked to meet to settle 50/50 with the kids and then said she would only do do if I forgave her of any debt and signed it.

My lawyer has pushed for trial. She has stalled.

Now she submitted more documents saying she wants interest in the house and a review of my taxes?

Through all this I see my kids 25% of the time because of her original claims of abuse which I have not been able to get in front of a judge to show it was fabricated.

Was I set up all along? What can I expect?

No Sound Coming From Audacity?

I'm running my guitar into my ipad, using iRig, then from iRig into my laptop's sound card into the external microphone. Whenever I try to record on Audacity, no sound comes out whatsoever.It's annoying the living *** out of me. Everything says it's working, all of the volume levels are up everywhere, but no *** sound is coming out.

Wifi only connects to one latptop!

My mom got a router (Verizon). The wireless would only work on her laptop, it doesn't work for any other devices like; ipad, cell phone, other laptops, ipods. Well, my mom's computer is broken and will not turn on. But the wireless will not connect to my laptop, every time I click it to connect, it doesn't even try to connect anymore, it goes straight to troubleshoot. Can someone help me please! I've tried troubleshooting and it says it can't find the problem, my mom called Verizon but they didn't fix anything.

Well this is a strange family I have I live with my grandparents and have since I turned 1 year old as my mother was struggling to watch after me as she was a single parent my dad walked out on me when I was 6 month old. I have 2 more sisters and 3 brothers.
1 brother and sister live with their dad who is a different dad from my own, one of the other brothers lives with his grandparents. The youngest brother lives with me (he is 6 years old) and my youngest sister lives with my mum as she became responsible with her there.
Anyways I'm 15 almost 16 and I've had on off arguments with my grandparents for a while and the first time I moved out I had moved in with my mum but I soon left after I had to share a bed with my mum as it was a 2 bedroom flat with her, me and my at the time 3 year old sister. The second time I moved in with her she moved into a different flat but was still 2 bedrooms and very claustrophobic as I had to share a room with my sister who was 4 that time I moved in and you could barely fit 2 single beds in the room and the ceiling was to low down for a bunk bed so I left and went back to my grandparents but this time I came back my grandmother had took my bedroom and shoved me into a tiny bedroom which was easily filled with a wardrobe and a set of drawers. I haven't moved back with my mother but I have had a ton of arguments with my grandparents. Just recently me and my brother were diagnosed with dyspraxia and since then my grandmother has been babying my brother giving him everything he wants he got a trampoline, ps3, ipad just from asking and not even for his birthday or christmas and I seriously had to beg to get a preowned Xbox360 for christmas and I got shouted and and huffed and but in the end they let me have one.
But now its near my birthday 10 days away to be exact so they asked me what I wanted and I told them how I wanted a hamster and they knew I wanted one for a while and they basically turned around and said no more animals. The annoying thing is when my brother asked for some tropical fish my grandmother jumped online and went straight for looking fish for my brother.
It was so annoying and I can't cope with my grandparents letting my brother have everything he wants and I want to move back to my mums but I can't.
The reason I can't stay at my mums is she still has the house with the 1 room which hardly fits 2 beds and her bed is occupied with her and her boyfriend and my sister and my mums boyfriends daughter (he has all responsibility over her since her mum committed suicide) have taken the other 2 beds so there is no where for me to sleep and I can't stay in the living room as both children wake up at 6am on the dot when I'm not a morning person what so ever and they wake up at 6 and have the tv in the living room on as there is no tv in any other room.
My friends parents have offered to let me stay there for a few nights but I don't want to be a burden to any of my friends and I don't think my grandparents would let me stay there as they have full responsibility over me. I texted my mum and she said she can only do something like move house if my grandparents let me live with her but it could take months and I can't cope a few months on a sofa.
Added (1). Its not over the fact I want a hamster that causes these arguments. Its mainly my brother gets involved and then my mum shouts at me yes I'm almost 16 but I suffer dyspraxia which means my personality is more childish than I should be so even the people diagnosed me told my parents they need to be careful with what they say as I'm over emotional. And I'm not saying I have the worst life its just I feel as if my grandparents dont care about me and I rarely move from house to house.My grandparent's tell me off for not finishing a meal but seriously couldnt care less when my brother doesn't even attempt to eat his food and eats nothing but sweets and sugar.
Added (2). Ive tried being grateful I've always offered to do the jobs around the house but every time I try to be helpful my grandparents just complain and say I'm doing a rubbish job at everything. And we wouldn't be moving far as my mum has a permanent job and she has already mentioned how she wont move far away from my younger sisters school. And I didn't mention how my parents treated me when I came out with being gay how they said to keep away from my brother in case i 'infected' him not like anyone really cares. Btw I'm here for advise not people putting them selves in my shoes.

I purchased the IPad Mini about three weeks ago and I regret it. I was BLIND and didn't realize the smaller screen was go into be such a downer for me… So now I want to give it back. There's only one problem: it has chipped off in the corner.So I have the black slate model and here goes the details: I kept it in the plastic casing until my screen protector came in and the day before, I was admiring how light it was by swinging it from the plastic.It flew into the air and smacked on my desk. Itunes asking for password twice in a row to install one app?

My ipad sometimes asks me to enter my password twice in a row to install one app. This doesnt happen all the time, only sometimes.So what happens is: I pick an app to install, click install, enter my pw, then the icon appears on the screen because its installing, then I get a second popup asking for my password.

If I cancel the second prompt for a password, the app icon gets the progress bar and the app installs anyway.

Anyone have any idea what that second prompt for a password is all about?

Ipad Screen glitch? gets stuck sometimes?

Hey guys, i have this really annoying problem with my ipad.so here is the story.my sis got an ipad for her bday and i cracked it.the screen got cracked, and the part of the ipad that isnt the screen (the edges) started to chip off and some pieces got inside the ipad.only like 2.anyways then we got it fixed.after we got it, the screen was all new and the ipad worked for like 1 day.then it started to glitch and it was like an invisible person was holding down the screen.its always at the bottom-left of the screen or the top-right.i know because i have this bikerace game and u hold the righ half of the screen to go forward, and hold the left part of the screen to use the brakes.i always randomly brake or go forward in the game making me lose.this isnt just the game, its the entire ipad.

it happens all the time and it is super annoying.when it does happen though, i just press the screen lock button, type in my password, and play again.this does fix it but only for like 10 secs then the glitch starts again. PLEASE HELP ITS SO ANNOYING.

Why won't my iPad restore?

My brother game me his iPad 4 as a gift and for the past couple of days I have been using it fine. But today I tried to restore it to factory settings so I can link it to all my stuff and have my account on there and sync it with all my apps and music. But it wouldn't restore, the iPad wouldn't accept the new update either.It comes up with an unknown error message. The iTunes account is all update and I have no idea what the problem is.Is it something to do with the iTunes being signed in on my account and the iPad being on a different account.Do I need to restore it on his iTunes account before I can register it to mine? Got a new computer, need to put iPad music to iTunes! Help!

I jsut bought a new computer today, my old one completely stopped working. I have an iPad2 and my iTunes will ALL of my music was on my old Laptop (that is now trashed). I just installed iTunes on my new computer, but thats all I have done. Now, how do I get ALL of my songs transfered to my iPad onto my new iTunes on my new computer? Last time this happened to me (a long time ago when I had an iPod touch instead), i installed iTunes and just synced my iPod up to it, which wiped ALL my songs off. I dont want that to happen with my iPad, so what do I need to do? Im not sure how to use iCloud or whatever, and I heard thats what it is for, for situations like this, idk. Help? Thank you!

So I have had my iPad 2 for about a month or two and just last night I accidently dropped it on the volume button and it must of been a big fall as the is a slight dent in the side where the volume buttons are. However this is NOT the mute button I am talking about when I say this and it has nothing to do with it, but the volume buttons don't work at all now, they won't even let me go up or down or anything and there's no other way of changing the volume, so what do I do about that? and just this morning I don't know why but the 'sound effects' sign keeps coming up and I've tried everything but can't seem to get rid of it and it is really annoying while trying to play a game or do something on my iPad 2.So do you know how I can fix my iPad so the volume works again?
