Stream PDFs to iBooks without taking up iPad storage?

I have limited space on my iPad and was wondering if I could somehow stream my PDFs via iBooks without downloading them and taking up space?

I have 2 gigs worth of PDFs I wish to read on my iPad. But I'm not willing to waste 2 gigs on books.

Any help would be nice. Thanks!

How to improve picture quality from screen shots taken from an ipad video?

I use an ipad air 2 to take pics and videos

recently on holiday the person taking the pic accidentally took short videos

the quality is not like a photo would be on the ipad

so is there a 'way t enhance the quality of 'photos ive screen shot' from the video?
or is there an app that can create photos from videos on an ipad, so they can be viewed at a better quality - clearer shot?

the short videos are very pixel-ated so guess video quality is nowhere near as good as still phots, using the rear camera

0 also, is there a way to lighten the screen shots so they are clearer -- less pixelated?

Why is my Bluetooth headset not working as usual?

I recently got this Bluetooth headset from my uncle. I assume its an off-brand of some sort because its labeled "backed by Bayer" and i know Bayer doesn t make earbuds. I started to use them daily to play music from my iPad, so they got their dose of "ware and tear" which consisted of;
-wearing them while doing homework
-using up the battery then charging them back up
-and shoving them in my pack so i could focus while doing work

now i need to explain the problem; so when i turn on my earbuds, by holding the center button for 3 seconds, they make their booting up sound and a blue LED flashes indicating that its searching for a Bluetooth device. Now when i turn it on, it does its boot up sound, and then adds two extra beeps and a red LED starts to alternate with the blue and does not try to connect to a device.
Ive gone through two of these earbuds and i think what made them do this is when i put them in my pack, buttons get pressed.
The reason i think this is because both of them stopped working properly when they were in my pack, meaning one day i pulled them out to use and they wouldn't work.
being the guy i am, i threw away the instructions. Which isn't usually a problem since you can look up just about any manual on the internet, but these earbuds were so off-brand that i couldnt find a single manual concerning my earbuds. I did, however, find earbuds them selves online;

My toddler is autistic?

My son is 3 year old but he is not speak like 3 year old he can speak some word like milk cup water plau dou ipad cartoon hot and some setances like come here, lets go,give me, and he can repaet my words when he was 2 year old i start noticed him and i told my friends and relatives but they said oh he is boy and boy is always late in talking aand my mother in law said he is like his dad his dad was also late in talking so i thought its okey now my boy is 3 year old and her sister is 19 month old his sister can use word better then him his pediatric recommended me go the regional center.last week he give iq test doctor told me her iq level is ok with her age but not verbal he have language delay but they give me one more appionment for checking his behavior he is autistic or not i am worried because he is perfect eye contect he is smiling when he is happy or sombody smiling he playing with other kid with no problem but sometime he fight with is sister that i think normal with siblings he throw tantrum sometime but i think its normal in his age he play with toy no lining up toys but he is hyper he like jumping an he like to play with his sister he watch cartoon in ipad he see a different video he has no problem with loud noice like vacume or music he hug me and kiss me sometime he shy with strangers but after some time he is ok but i worried because of his language delay and he is hyper and active so my questions is this can he autistic

Which is better for college textbooks? IPads or androids?

I have a Samsung galaxy note 8.0 tablet (the older model). The tablet battery drains way too fast. You could charge it till it hits 100 percent, take it off the charger, use it for 10 minutes, and it will be on 85 percent. Which is cheaper buying a new tablet or bring it to a repair shop and get the battery replaced? I only use it for ebooks for school(I do have a laptop), occasional game play and internet browsing, And the IR blaster to use it as a remote to the tv. If repairing my tablet would be too much, what would be a good replacement tablet? Or should I just get an iPad? Any tips or ideas are welcomed thanks.
