What's a good free app to watch and download anime on the iPad?

Is there a free app where you can watch dubbed anime episodes, or at least subbed? I know of a few but they don't have all the episodes or you need to buy the full version to watch all of them. Also are there any free apps where I can download anime and watch it without wifi?

Why is my iPad slow at charging?

I have had my iPad Mini (16GB & wifi only model) for nearly a year now and it charges very slow. Today, it was at 73% and I left it for half-an-hour. When I came back to check on it, it was only at 79%. Is there anyway I can improve the charging speed?

Will a Fjallraven Kanken Classic hold this stuff?

I'm going to London for three days and two nights with my boyfriend and for one day we will have to carry around our luggage. I would rather not bring a suitcase so will my Kanken classic (16 Litres) hold the following things? -

Three days worth of light clothes (jeggings, leggings, tights, skater skirt, three crop tops, socks and underwear etc)
Ipad mini and charger
Camera charger
Pair of vans
Toiletries (baby wipes, toothbrush, moisturiser, deodorant, small perfume bottle, razor)
Small makeup bag
And any other things you can think of that will be essential!

I also have a Kanken mini to take around as a day bag which I am putting my camera, phone, passport, purse, a few snacks in too. I'm also going shopping, so I may have extra bags if not everything fits in my Kanken classic. Or is it worth just bringing an entire suitcase?

My iPad is stuck in a French keyboard?

My little sister (Who is four) was playing on my iPad but she managed to Turn on thé French keyboards. So anyway, i easily changed it back to English, but my keyboard si stil lin French. It auto corrects everything that i type and its very annoying! If anyone has any idéa how i can change it back i would gréâtly appréciate ans help! Thanks!

What to do during summer?

Ok so its really boring. I just realized that I shouldnt use my iPad like 20 hours a day (which I used to do) and now I want to do something fun. The problem is, what can I do? I cant think of anything to do. Im honestly thinking that Im limited in my resources (like stuff to use when im actually doing something) and if i ask my mom to buy me stuff so i wont get bored she'll say no (i think shes annoyed er sumthin) so what should i do? My siblings are also playing their devices all the time and when i ask them to play with me theyd say yes (thankfully) but i dont even know what to play. So now im here writing this question and looking at my siblings as they stare into their bright screens. Please help me. I want something interesting, i want to do something that involves things we can find in the house:)

IPad mini retina or Android device?

I'm thinking about getting a 32GB iPad mini retina, but I heard that there's some good Android tablets on the market for around the same price. What would you guys recommend to get? Do you think the iPad mini retina would be a good choice? I just want to make the right choice because it's a lot of money for me. Any feedback would be appreciated, thanks.
