Adding new sim goal? Sims freeplay for ipad?!

I have 13 sims in my town, the goal is to add a new sim so i have and the goal is still there? So i added another sims and it still hasnt gone! What can i do to move the goal on other than pass it?!

Should i buy ps vita and what games should i get?

for the record, i have samsung s4 and a ipad 2 (although im quite rarely use the ipad 2). Im thinking of getting ps vita 2000. Should i? I dont have the ps4 though. I do think of getting the iphone, or new ipad or something like that but i think it would be cheaper to buy them in japan when im studying there next year since electronics stuff here in my country, malaysia is quite pricey i believe.

and what kind of games would you guys suggest. I like first person shooter game (like battlefield) and im not into games that involving magic and that nonsense stuffs. The games could also be a simple games and yet addictive. I would like games that will not get bored easily. If there are any games that can be played online (especially if it is a shooting game), that would be good.

and then, how would you compare the 3ds and ps vita? Which is better?

plus, with smartphones hardware getting high right now, is it a good desicion to get a ps vita or just buy a high edge smartphone?

Transferring pictures from iphone to ipad without wifi help?

Okay, so, I have an iPhone 5s, a computer and an iPad.
I have a USB cord, so i could use the computer if needed. However, I don't have wifi currently.
Is there any way at all to get the pictures from my phone over to my ipad, without having wifi? Possibly through the computer?
I know i can save pictures from my phone to my computer, but when I try and put pictures from the computer to my phone, it won't allow it. So give me some directions as well, please.

Should I get the iPad Mini or an iPod touch?

So for my birthday I would be getting either an iPad mini or an iPod touch. I heard both are nice but, I need some help on deciding which one is right for me.

iPad Mini:
I like to watch movies, and the screen is a little bigger. But I think the iPads are too big. For school I would like to use it for school work help, but it may be too big for me to transport. Also, I heard that most apps only work on the iPad that doesn't work on iPods. And also, it may be too big to type and when I'm texting friends on an app. Also, does an iPad have a back camera? Will it be hard to take front and back pictures?

iPod touch:
Its small and can be in your pocket and its less work to carry it around. Also, I love exercising and listening to music and take long runs. But the screen might be too small to watch movies, and might be a little hard to do some work on school, also the graphics, as I heard, are not so good as the iPad.

Which is better to get? Which is less money?
