Is downloading iPhone apps on an iPad safe?

I wanted to download my social media like musical.ly, Instagram, snapchat, etc. On my iPad but you can only get the iPhone version because they are designed for a certain sized screen. This question is probably stupid, but I m just being careful because I really don t want to get a virus or anything.

How to transfer downloads from IPad to Computer?

I have a Download lite app. Downloading multiple things from my internet on my computer is extremely slow and takes up to 6 hours just to finally get 5 downloads (Its that slow) But its much faster on my Ipad. But I dont know how to transfer the downloads.

IPad screen keeps jumping and doing annoying things?

My iPad 2 screen keeps jumping and going to different apps and it is out of my control.

I could be on an app and the iPad would jump out of the app with no warning, enlarge and decrease screens, and keep repeatedly doing this.

What could be causing this?
