Internet Connection Issue?

I recently changed my internet to WOW!, and it's been great for the Windows Laptops that I have. But when it comes to my sister's Macbook Air, and her other apple products, the internet just doesn't seem to connect. On my sister's Mac, I would type in the correct password for the internet, then it takes a few seconds to try to connect, then it won't work stating " Connection Timeout". The same goes for her Ipad and Iphone. The internet only seems to be working for Windows products, and not Apple? We had AT&T internet before, and everything connected fine, but now that we switched, only Apple things don't seem to connect. Please help. Thank you!

Ipad Air Wifi VERY SLOW?

Hi

I have an ipad air and lately i am getting speeds of 0.1-0.5 mbps when it used to get 15mbps. This has only occurred since i updated to ios 8.0.2, and has continued into 8.1. Sometimes i get the usualy 15mbps and most of the time i get the horridly slow 0.2 mbps.

Can anyone help?

Very inconsistent internet speeds?

Hi

recently my wifi and Ethernet speeds on all my computers have been horridly inconsistent. Sometimes ill get the normal 15mbps (what i pay for from telstra), and quite often now i get speeds between 0.2 mbps and 0.5 mbps, with it sometimes dropping out altogether. I have been able to replicate the problem on 2 computers an iPad and an iPhone. Then 15 minutes later ill be back on 15 mbps, i get jump on the couch to watch some you tube and bam im back to 0.2 mbps

Accessing lost Quick Office files?

I was using QO as a word processor on my iPad which was stolen. I didn't have a chance to back it up recently so I was wondering since the app makes you connect via Gmail account is there ANY way to access those files via that account on another device or am I totally screwed out of a semester's worth of work?
