What does she mean by I should be preparing for my job?

My mom keeps saying I shouldn't be sitting around that I should be preparing for my job that I start in 11 days. I don't understand what she means by that though and it's driving me crazy because she keeps saying it.

I'll be working for corporate AT&T as a tech specialist though I'm not sure what category they'll put me in yet (as in what I'll specifically be working on) but I know it'll be a lot of navigating through user accounts, troubleshooting and scheduling appointments for at home fixes as well as signing people up for new plans.

Like I said though I don't know exactly what I'll be working on. They'll tell me when I start working and I'll have 7 weeks of classroom and on the job training first.

My mom keeps coming home and saying I need to start "putting my head in the game" for working.
I don't get it though… I already work on my computer all the time (which is why I got the job).
And that I should be working on time management and multi-tasking.
I do both of those already too. Like every day I put aside enough time to make dinner before she gets home and while making dinner I also clean up around the house while things are boiling or heating up in the oven. I can multi-task just fine. I don't know what else I could multitask while doing. I mean all there is to do at home is cook, clean and do stuff on my computer/ipad.

She also says I need to start acting like I'm at work… what? How do you act like you're at work at home?

Earlier she started yelling at and insulting me and I started crying because she was saying really cruel things and wouldn't stop to listen to me and then she snapped and said "YOU CAN'T ACT LIKE THIS AT WORK! YOU CAN'T CRY WHEN YOUR BOSS YELLS AT YOU!" but my boss isn't going to sit there and scream at the top of her lungs and insult me… and my boss is different she can yell all she wants but she can't physically hurt me and I'm not going to be doing anything that would condone her screaming and insulting me.

She also saw me using my iPad earlier and was like "You shouldn't be playing child games! You should be doing stuff for work!" I don't know what she expects me to do and when I asked her she said "Oh no don't you play that game with me! Do not disrespect me!" so I said "No I'm being serious. What do you want me to do?" and she told me to shut my mouth and left the room.

I just don't understand what she means.It's not like I can pick up my phone and start calling people and fixing stuff…

How much is to fix a iPad 2 screen?

I dropped my iPad screen on the floor an it has some cracks on the left side. Are the cracks serious? Will it cost a lot of money? If you have photobucket please look up "peaceout_808" i have all the iPad pics. Here are some of the pictures:

My battle bears royale app doesnt detect wifi?

I have battle bears royale and after a while of using it it wont detect wifi. I have tried deleting and Reloading The app but nothing works. The same issue has happened on my iPad as well as my sister's. Please help!!!

I was going to sell my ipad 1st gen to my friend for $150 because i was getting an ipad 2 and he said he was going to sell his ps3 to get the money to by my ipad and i told him i would just trade him my ipad for his ps3 as kinda a joke and he said he would do that is this a good trade for me?

Problems with boredom?

Im always so bored but I have so much stuff.An iPad an iPhone an Xbox, Wii and a bunch of old video game systems. Whenever I go home all I want is to have friends over because it's no fun playing Xbox without a friend and all my other systems get boring.My friends parents mostly rarely answer the phone. And my friends most of them dont have a phone.My school is so boring im even in the eclipse class at my school. And strange things keep happening like someone charged 75$ to my dads credit card account so I can't use Xbox Live.My parents don't barely have enough money to pay for anything like soda. The only video game system that doesn't suck and has enough video games is my Xbox and I have to wait to use that. And even when I do that with friends or online it still is kinda boring. Well actually it's pretty fun. But I still want more like being able to play with friends online and yet I an still bored!

I mean im thinking of saving up for it & ive tried it out in sainsburys on photobooth, imovie, angry birds HD and fruit ninja and it seems awesome, but is it 100% fun or just 10%?

I'm thinking about getting an iPad and have heard that they don't have an usb connections or any connections for that matter.So I was just wondering if that's right how can I transfer files from a laptop to the iPad.Do the files have to be uploaded to a cloud based system? This video is currently unavailable youtube for ipad?

I recently bought an iPad 2 and before YouTube (website version) was doing fine I was able to watch any videos I wanted to watch, but then recently on EVERY video I try to watch I get a message saying "this video is currently unavailable" ;( … I would use the YouTube app if It had ALL the videos like the website version has. Why does this happen? Is there a solution? Fix? I'm starting to get irritated that I bought this iPad and can't watch YouTube videos at the palms of my hand like I imagined. Handbrake keeps crashing?

I use handbrake to rip my DVD's to my mac so i can watch on my ipad and apple tv.its worked fine over the last couple of days, but now it wont rip any DVD, everytime i put in a DVD and select source it come up with an unexpected error and handbrake closes.

can anyone help?
