Can I get an Instagram?

I know you can get on Instagram without the app. But I think you have to use the app to make an account. My mom put restrictions on my phone and forgot the password so I can't get the app on it. There is no Instagram app on iPads. And my mom and dad won't let me use their phones for it. How do I get an Instagram account without the app? And if you can't what do you think I should do? Could I use one of my friends phones just to make the account and then log in online? Btw all my friends have instagram so idk if would matter like maybe I couldn't make an account on their phones.

Should i get a iPad mini or a chromebook?!

i am in a dilemma and can not decide whether I should get a iPad mini or a chromebook. I normally watch movies, go on apps, surf the web, social networking and do homework. But what should i get. I normally travel around a lot need to have something easy and light to carry.

My iPad is haunted, does random things?

it keeps on randomly playing music, even when I'm no where near it so I couldn't have accidentally turned it on. Also when I'm listening to music it randomly pauses and skips through the song. Also it Siri randomly keeps coming up even when I don't hold the home button. What's wrong with my iPad. Ps I know it's not haunted but what's wrong with it

Should I get a chrome book for school or a iPad mini?

I am on my way to yer nine and I will have to start my revision and do longer homework's, as I will be starting my GCSE. I need to know whether which one is more suitable for homework with word and PowerPoint mainly. I know that on a iPad mini I can download apps that will give me all of it and allow me to do my homework and email it so that I can print it off at school. But on the other hand I do not know about a chrome book.

Skype IOS cannot connect?

I have an iPad 2 with iOS 4.3 (I think) and I downloaded Skype for that iOS. It was working, until later I was signed out for some reason. So I tried signing back in, but it says it can't connect to Skype! I thought I had my password wrong, so I tried signing in to the Skype website, but it still worked. I don't know the cause of why it can't connect, or the cause of why it signed out by itself, although I did reboot my iPad a few hours earlier. Help!

Was I lucid dreaming?

So I've had sleep paralysis attacks before and I honestly think it's kinda cool. About a week ago I was laying down after football practice watching Netflix on my iPad. I got tired and decided I was gonna take a nap with my iPad propped up on my bed next to me, and I slept on my side facing my iPad. I remember waking up, my eyes closing, and then opening again very slowly compared to what I normally would. Then I tried to move my arms and body and I couldn't. I tried to say "Help me, help me", not really sure why but I did. Then I was thinking and I thought "Wow I'm in sleep paralysis, cool" and then I tried to embrace the situation and I looked at my iPad because I had nothing else to look at. The iPad was locked and I could see my reflection in the screen. I then saw my head distorting through the iPad screen. Then I thought I was looking at my iPhone and reading a text someone sent me, which I obviously couldn't do because I couldn't move. And then the message I was reading changed into an animated face for a brief moment. I don't really remember anything after that but I think I jerked my body really hard to get out of sleep paralysis. I am just not really sure if this is lucid dreaming or not. Thanks!

IDevices having wi-fi connectivity issues?

Wi-fi works great through our laptops and xbox one, but comes and goes through our iphones and ipad, and it seems to be random. We just moved to Fort Drum, NY from Fort Hood, TX and we had this problem for a few weeks before our move in TX as well, with a different internet provider, so I'm assuming it's an issue with iOS. If anyone has any suggestions for a fix, it would be greatly appreciated. We've tried everything we know to try, short of resetting the entire iDevice. And no, airplane mode is not on.
