My iPad Pro is super buggy. I have a wireless keyboard by Logitech that always connects fine, but doesn't type?

until i restart iPad. Like it connects just fine, but when I type, nothing comes out.
This doesn't happen when i connect the keyboard to anything else.

Could there be a virus on my iPad Pro?

Why are the wifi speeds on my iPhone so incredibly slow?

I feel like this is a recent problem, I've only just noticed that webpages and youtube videos load very slowly and take forever to buffer. I did speed tests on my Macbook = 60Mbps, iPad = 25Mbps, iPhone = barely 1Mbps. Is this the router or my phone s fault? Is my iPad being that different also a problem or is this normal? How do I fix this? I've reset the router, and my iPhone s network settings and nothing has worked.
