IPad 2 iOS 8.0.1 youtube app not displaying correctly after updating it to version 2.13?

I have just updated the YouTube app on my iPad and when I went to open it I saw that it wasn't displaying properly so what is happening is in the white section (on the right side) where it says "What to Watch" at the very top it looks almost like its stuck pushed to the right because there is a blank space in between that section and the sidebar (on the left side) I am not the only one to be having this problem after updating https://productforums.google.com/forum/m/#!topic/youtube/ZNzYWT-b7IY visit this link and you'll see what I mean and for the record I wasn't having the problem until I updated the YouTube app it only looks like that when holding the iPad like as when your looking at a widescreen tv in which tvs are like now days for example but when holding it like this it displays okay but the other way you can't drag it back to the left it just stays there but there has got to be a way to fix this and like I said not the only one having this problem so if anyone finds a solution tell me please okay and don't bother telling me to reinstall it cause I don't think that will work okay

How to stop my ipad air from ever working?

My screen is crack on it really bad but they wont replace it unless it has a none accidental problem. And my warranty ends in November I want to replace mh ipad. But cant with only a broken screen. An this screen is broken bad with glass coming off. I need a way to mess up the battery or sometjing to keep it from ever turning on again

Why does he act like this?

Within the first few weeks of highschool I noticed this guy in my lunch that always sits alone and eats on the floor and I felt kinda bad for him although I did assume that he'd rather be alone, I approached him just for the hell of it. I really didn't even know what I was doing but i had this urge to talk to him and I'm horrible at conversing but luckily he wasn't. He is a junior and I'm a sophomore so I felt slightly intimidated considering how intelligent he is. We talked about all kinds of things, he controlled the the conversation which was totally fine with me, and he wasn't shy or awkward at all which, of course, is what drove me to start liking him. I walked off thinking that he is one of the most interesting people I've ever met and that he's too good for me.

He is an introvert and doesn't really like people so that made me hesitant to talk to him again but that didn't stop me from doing it. My intent wasn't to flirt with him, I just want to be friends but the last time I talked to him ( which was 2 weeks after we first talked ) didn't go as well because he didn't talk much, he just kept on reading marvel comics on his iPad and it got really awkward and I felt like a moron.Each time I asked him a question, hed give me a short answer and then go back to what he was doing. The only thing he asked me was how I had been. I got up a 10 minutes before lunch ended and then he said "have fun" with a sarcastic smirk on his face and idk what that meant but it didn't make me feel any better. So anyways this happened 3 weeks ago and every time I walk near him he looks away. Once I looked directly at him when I felt like he was looking at me and then he quickly looked down at his iPad. Today he was walking to his spot and when he saw me pass him instead of sitting down he walked the opposite way I was going And I'm pretty sure it was to avoid me. What do you think is going on?

Can I get sued for this?

I'm creating a board game that I'm going to try and sell. It's like the board game risk, but I've changed some rules and added rules and I've taken out some stuff. The board is different, but still similar. It's got the same basic principle of controlling everything on the board. Could I get sued if I made sold this game and made money off of it? I'm going to go to either a lawyer or an inventor to help me get it out there, so people will start buying it. I feel like I could get sued for it because it is pretty similar, but I also feel like it's like some company creating an off brand iPad or something.
