I woke up with my iPad next to me and didn't use it last night, did I sleep walk?

I woke with it next to my head and turned on, it startled me as I don't remember doing that, I have never sleep walked before, I have recently reduced my zoloft tablets, could that be it?

What happened to me, is it a TIA or what?

In class I couldn't read what was on my iPad, I had a zig zag blurines of bright colors flickering in my left eye, then both, then all over the left side of my eye in the shape of a c, then in the next class I could read stuff on the board in the middle row even, and I couldn't understand what was being said, then I couldn't use proper grammar saying first, "who is twin metals oops I mean " who are twin metals, instead of what is twin metals, and a headache. I also couldn't read the giant letters reading the name of my town, if I were to read the second word, the first wouldn't even be visible to me, and if I were to look at the right side of the board, words written in red, I couldn't see the blue words in the left
