I have an ipad 3 and the screen has been stuck with the apple logo and the download bar below the apple logo. What should i do? Should i wait??? Please help!!!

Why won't my iPad let me sync purchased apps?
I have purchased an app called "Puffin Browser" and I am trying to back it up on my computer. I have my computer authorized already and it says I have to have it authorized. I de-authorized and authorized but it still isn't working. Please help !!!

How to watch Facebook videos on my ipad?
People have made posts of videos on my Facebook page- some of which I was in and I know for a fact they were recorded with an iPhone or ipad- but when I look at my FB from my ipad and try to play the videos it says that I need flash or if its from someone's instagram that its not supported. One would think- if recorded with an iPad I could watch on my ipad. Can someone help?
