How to restore/reset an iPad?

Is it possible to restore/reset it without an apple ID? My mom can't remember her Apple ID and the security question of her birthday isn't working in order to reset her password.
It's the worst situation because I don't think she remembers the email she used.

Dropped iPad won't charge?

I was charging my iPad and it fell of if the table it was sitting on landing on the end with the charge port now none of my chargers work on it ( hey all charge my iPhone) so I'm worried that the port is damaged and if there's anything I can do to fix it?

How to make a sim cry on cue in Freeplay?

I have the Sim freeplay on my IPad and I have been tasked (the movie task) with making my sim cry on cue. I have tried running all the bars down and my sim cries but I guess this isn't on cue so it didn't work. I've tried making sims rude to one another. I've tried planting onions. Nothing works… It's driving me mad! LOL. Any ideas? Thanks
