I just bought an iPad and I wanted to know if I have a bad charger or if my battery is shot?

Everytime I plug it in and I check on it a little bit later it says it is not charging and when I unplug and plug back in it says it is charging again. I am updating it now to ios 8.1.3 but I just wanted to know if I could correct the problem with a new charger.

Have I got ebola? I am getting seriously worried?

I was on my iPad the other day when I saw some brown thing on it. I asked my dad what it was and he just flicked it off. I know it sounds stupid but I'm only a kid and I'm worried that it was some sort of ebola infected body fluid. Please help me or rreassure me as its all I can think about!

How to take care of it properly?

I got my iPad about 2 months ago and as I'm new to it, I'm not sure how to take care of it properly. It's an iPad mini, by the way. I have faced some problems with this iPad so far. Sometimes it freezes, and sometimes it takes quite a long time to respond to my order. Well, I think the latter is because of wifi problem, but I've found out how to unfreeze my iPad when it freezes. I think these two are the basic problems I've faced with my iPad so far. And now, what I wanna know is how to take care of my iPad, example: how long I can use it continuously, how much warranty it has, what to and what not to do with my iPad. And do you think I should use - what's that called? We'll I don't know the name, but that sheet of paper which you use to protect the screen of your device? Should I use that on my iPad, even though it's retina display? And yeah, I have a cover for my iPad, and I use the assistance touch so that I can avoid using the home button much and prevent it from getting destroyed. I use my iPad for at least 8 hours a day, is this too much? One of my friend suggested me to not install iOS 8, because iOS 7 is better than iOS 8, is it true? Well my one's iOS 7. What app should I use to download songs? Please provide me as much info on iPad mini as much as you can. Thank you! :)

App downloaded but is stuck on installing… After attempting to open it?

Added (1). A friend of mine gave me a copy of an app he bought (so I wouldn't have to pay), but when I transfer it from mymacbook to my iPad, I click on it to open(after it downloads) but it stays stuck on installing…
This is after it completes the circular loading screen on the app itself (after I transferred it from my laptop). What is also strange is that after the load/installing circle finishes, the app has what appears to be a shade of black over it(unlike the other bright apps). Any advice?

Help setting up a second wireless router?

I have a netgear router on the main floor. The Internet comes into it, a desktop is plugged in and I use it for my phone, iPad, etc. The signal in my basement is almost non existant. I have an older linksys wireless router that I want to set up in my basement. Can this be done? I need some detailed instruction.

USPS priority mail. No updates for almost 48 hours?

I ordered an iPad off of amazon, seller shipped next day, and usps shows tracking to a hub near him in southern Florida. The was an arrival scan shortly after mid night on the 5. Now the 6th is almost over with and no departure scan or and updates. Any help would be nice.
