Ipad 2 has a black screen?

So my friend is having trouble with her ipad 2. She said that this happened before and it worked but this time it just won't. She turns on her ipad but the screen just goes black. We tried finding solutions and none worked. The knee technique, restart, plugging it to a charge, leaving it in a cool place etc. Can you please tell me a solution to this problem or at least what's causing it? Thank you.

How exactly is internet browsing history traced/tracked?

Let me elaborate.

My high school has given the entire class school registered iPad's to use for our classes this year. (I'm not exactly sure the whole process of registering them goes.)

I tend to search things that are very personal, and probably wouldn't search them normally unless I was using my own personal computer. But there are times where I can't have access to it, and using the iPad to search it is the next best thing, but I'm extremely worried about privacy.

Onto the base of the question:

How exactly is browsing history traced/tracked via any computer/smartphone/tablet? I know that browsing history is easily traceable after it is deleted from your browser, by accessing logs stored on your Wi-Fi Router Modem. I read somewhere that browsing history is also stored on your computer's hard drive/some form of data storage, but I'm not exactly sure. Could someone elaborate on this?

Example: My situation is that, if I was searching up something personal on my iPad (ON THE SCHOOL'S NETWORK), could it be tracked by accessing the school's modem logs, even if I deleted the history on the iPad's browser application? (I think the answer is yes but I need to make sure.)

Also, if I was connected to my own personal Wi-Fi at home, (which I do) could my browsing history still be collected through the iPad in any sort of way? Or is the browsing history collected only through the networking logs.

I’m looking for an app that will turn my handwriting into text on an ipad. But not in a specific app. For example, if I open safari, I want to be able to click the URL box, and instead of typing in the text, just to write it with my finger/stylus and it will convert it to text.

Ways to keep my USB charging cables tidy and in order?

I have cords for my iPad that doubles for my iPod. My Phone charger. My tablet charger and my DS charger. I did have little suction things on the wall to do it but that turned out to be useless. I'm always misplacing them and checked a few DYI sites but nothing that I was looking for. Is there any suggestions for the community?

If someone cracks your screen, should they pay to get them fixed?

My brother accidentally cracked my other brothers iPad. The bottom left corner of the screen is a web of cracks. It still works perfectly fine, and the cracks don't get in the way of the whats on the screen, but it's still very noticeable. My brother wants him to pay to fix it, but my brother refuses o do so saying that its only cosmetic and doesn't effect performance.
Added (1). @StephieSD the one with the iPad is 16, the one who broke it is 24, with a car, house, wife and kid.

JUST BROKE THE FAMILY TV WHAT DO I DO?

To start of just a hour ago I accidentally hit the family's flat screen tv that is worth $1,500 I don't know if warranty will cover a accidental damage. The tv was hit with a golf club. And yes if your asking why a golfClub was in the house it is because my brother had it I went to grab it from him he had the hard end and I had the handle he was pulling down and I was pulling up and he let go and it flung back and hit the tv behind me. I ran out side and dialed my moms number I was crying hysterically on the phone trying to spit out words to decribe what happened. Her and my grandma said they would come home as fast as they could to figrue out what happened. I was outside 10 minutes crying and crying out to god for help and to push me through this very hard time. My dad was very angry as you can imagine he figured out pretty quick that it was broken because my other brothers went to tell him.So my mom and grandma came home and wanted me my grandma and dad to sit down and find a punishment and a solution for the problem. I offered them to take everything out of my room and sell it.( IPAD, IPHONE, car collection, PRETTY MUCH EVERY THING!)My mom said she did not feel that would be right and that would be a very cruel punishment. My dad on the other hand wants to pull me out of the police explorers+ everything in my room. I don't care about my room I just feel they don't have the right to ruin my dream to become a police officer over a tv. What do you guys think about this?I'm 16
