Should I buy an iPad Mini or iPad 4?

I want to use it for school, I do online school so I wouldn't be lugging it around anywhere or anything. I just want an iPad to help me study and keep documents on. I also want to be able to watch Netflix on it laying in bed, some people said the iPad 4 is pretty heavy and uncomfortable but I'm worried I won't like the screen size of either one. I currently watch Netflix on a Kindle Fire that is my sisters so maybe I should get the mini? Help.

What should I buy a laptop or an iPad mini?

I'm very confused on what to buy, I can't decide on either of them what do think? What would you buy?

The cable that comes with my new ipad doesn't work?!

Model: the new ipad
Cable: the new one with the tiny head
Problem: Not compatible; doesn't charge, but does sync

I'm really puzzled. The cable came right out of the box! A glitch in the assembly line, maybe?

My iPad is unresponsive, how do I fix it?

My friend jail-broke my iPad without telling me. When I tried to update to iOS7, the update didn't even show up. He said that I needed to get rid of the jail-brake before it would work. So I decided to reset the iPad. I backed everything up on my lap top, saving photos and files. And I prepared for my iPad to be resetting for a least two hours. I plugged it into the wall to make sure it didn't die and let everybody know that they should not touch it. Five hours later, it is showing its normal screen, 'swipe to unlock'. Upon unlocking it, I have no password. I also can't open 'settings', 'safari', 'facetime', or any other app that usually comes with an iPad. However, I was able to open things like 'facebook' and 'textplus' just fine. My tech of a friend said that I needed to restart it. And so I did. For a minute, I thought it was trying to turn on. Showing the appropriate screen when it does boot up normally. The next five minutes, ten minutes, and twenty minutes, it was showing this screen. I took it again to my tech friend and he preformed a hard reset by holding the power and home buttons at the same time. It has been showing the universal 'Apple' symbol since then. Is this normal? What is going on? Please help!

My iPad mini has been disabled?

My iPad mini has been disabled?
Added (1). someone changed my password as a joke and I have answered wrong so many times that my screen now shows ipad disabled connect to iTunes. My iPad is not backed up onto another computer. Will all my data be erased? And how do I get off of this screen? Thanks in advance

I looked on YouTube where I had orginally watched it but not all of the movie is on YouTube now! Does anyone know where I can watch it?Preferably for free and I'd be watching on my iPad Air or iPhone.

Is it okay to update to the latest iOS version if I had skipped several of the previous updates?

I'm using an iPad mini with version 7.0.2 and would like to update to version 8.0. The reason I had skipped the versions in between is that I had some problems with the last update which I never wanted to experience ever again.

After the problem was fixed, I was told that I should have a professional do the update for me next time but I always procrastinated due to my "trauma".

I am wondering if the huge interval between my present version and the latest one will cause problems when or if I update.

Why do some apps don't show up when I search for them in my iPhone an iPad?

I have a iPhone 4 (yes I need an upgrade lol) and an iPad 3rd generation and some apps that I search say they don't exist when I know that they do. There's been two apps I want to download one is the plus 7 mobile app and the other one is called alphatise other people I know can download these apps no problem but my on my devises it says that they don't exist, My software updates are all up to date. Is there any reason why this happens?
