Everytime my little cousin comes to my house, she steals my stuff?

My aunt and uncle lives in another state and they are moving to my state because of their new job. They have two children: an 11 year old girl and a 17 year old boy. Their whole family slept over at my house for two days and the other day I was home alone with my 11 year old cousin. She slept in my room and I have a bunch of makeup and perfume in my room. That day, I went downstairs to eat breakfast and she was playing with her iPad in my room. Everytime when I leave my room, she would always lock the doors. That day when I went downstairs to eat breakfast she was in my room. She went through my makeup and sprayed my perfumes to see which one smelled good. As soon as I went upstairs to my room, she unlocked the door and went downstairs. When I entered my room, I could smell my perfume like someone was spraying it. Then I looked at my makeup drawer and found one of my foundation was missing. I went through my little cousins backpack, and saw a box. Inside the box, I found my foundation, my concealer, and two makeup brushes. I took them back and hide al my makeup. I told my mom about this and my mom told me to confront her. I'm not a person to confront someone because I feel like it's mean and that person will hate me. Not just that, my my 11 year old cousin is extremely rude. She cusses so much. Even to her own mom! Her mom yelled at her the other night, and she called her mom a ******* ***** behind her back. What should I do?

App Store won't let me download free apps/update my apps without my bank details

I recently purchased few apps on my iPad and for that I gave my back details, before that the options it was on was "NONE". After purchasing all the apps I want I changed it back to none as it started asking my to verify the purchase for downloading free apps… Now it won't let me download new apps with my bank details again. Please Help

Is it okay to buy a refurbished iPad 2, or are these too old now?
Added (1). I'm looking into buying an iPad but can't afford a brand new one. Is the iPad 2 a too old version, should I be looking into buying a more up to date model?

What size of ipad pro should I get? - 1

i'm getting an ipad pro from my parents cuz my laptop broke. I already have an iphone 6s but i've never had an ipad. I want either an ipad pro 10.5 or 9.7… I want the ipad for watching, playing games, school work (word and power point) and drawing. I love drawing and i help design logos for businesses…

also i'm on 12 i don't need it for work. Can someone please recommend me a good size? ( i said above what i use it for) :)

What size of iPad pro should I get?

i'm getting an iPad pro from my parents because my laptop broke. I already have an iPhone 6s but i've never had a laptop.

i really want either an ipad pro 10.5in, 9.7in or 12.9in. My parents aren't made of money and i'm only 12 i doubt they'd spend around 900 - 1500 on a device that's expensive for the name. Anyway. I want an iPad mainly to watch things and play games. Also for school work like word and power point. Should I get the 10.5in or 9.7in? Please recommend me a good size and say why:)
