My skype app on my ipad wont connect?

I am connected to the internet, it will load everything else on my ipad involving internet but skype wont connect. I am trying to create a account and it wont work.help???
i have redownlaoded it 2 times
it cimes up as "cannot connect, check your network settings."
what does that mean

I reset the router on a daily basis trying to fix this, but once i reset the router the ipad will only connect for a few hours.does anyone know how to fix this?

We have been having problems lately being kicked off our wifi or not connecting at all.Im wondering if we have too many things connected to wifi? is that a thing? we have 2 guys in the house that run call of duty and WOW simultaneously as well as 4 phones and a few laptops/ipads. Our current router is a few years old, just wondering if we got a newer router if that would fix it or not?

Games like Syrim for iPad?

So I was completely in love with Skyrim, but my brother deleted my game on his PS3 because he was in a mood with me. I bought it for the PC and it doesn't work(unplayablely slow).So what games in there on iTunes that's like Skyrim? I would like it if it was the same layout(like see through the characters eyes other than actually seeing the whole character). I have already got The quest of Aralon: Sword and the Shaddow but I don't like it.
It doesn't matter if I have to buy it.

Can you connect a bluetooth or wifi controller to the iPad?

I'm not talking about something like the 60 beat controller i mean something like the ps3 controller. And an app that you can program what area of the screen to hit or "button" on the screen. I have been wanting to get and emulator for say n64 for my ipad and I don't want to use the on-screen buttons to play, it can get too complicated. More on the lengths of a gamepad. Doesn't have to be wireless can be wired. I know my ps3 controller has a mini USB and the ipad has a lightning to USB adapter. I've been wanting to buy it to test it but I don't have the money. I'm also aware that if it works as planned I still need an app to program what to do like hit an onscreen botton. Please help. Thanks

IPad is upside down.?

My iPad is turned upside down… I just got it and and set it up, and when I finished, it turned upside down and won't sit up the right way.Is there a way to fix it?

It only just started doing it yesterday, the video bar doesnt pop up anymore when i click it and then when i go to type a comment i will type one letter and it will just take me back to my youtube home page, argh its really frustrating!
