Why do apple products suck so much?

I guess I just had high expectations. I never owned one, but I had heard they were supposed to be easy to use and just work.

Well no device has ever given me more grief than my ipad, and I barely even use it. My phone has minor issues, but I use it several hours a day, running a dozen applications at once.

My ipad I use just to play music over Bluetooth using the youtube app. It constantly is messing up. It disconnects from my Wi-Fi, or thinks it disconnected when it didn't, and it will sometimes distort the audio over Bluetooth.

I should probably just use my old phone, it would be better. The ipad is large and looks pretty, but it kinda sucks in terms of stability.

It also rotates the screen too fast and too slow. A slight tilt will cause the screen to shift, then it takes ten seconds for it to switch back. I had to lock rotation because it was so bad.

How do I remove an ad from showing in my youtube app?

My mom borrowed my iPad and told me that she will use it to watch cooking vids and after opening the app. She saw a naked man and a woman watching a cellphone and the advertiser is ML:BB. She said that I'm watching inappropriate content and now won't give my iPad back. I'm so pissed off because I have something in there that she shouldn't see. And also the ad is a month old now and it won't go away. There's no hide ad option though.
Added (1). The name of the ad is "Sino ang mas importante?" and I have no idea what language is that…

Getting a new iPad, will my the apps that I paid for disappear? Or will I get them for free because of the apple ID?

My father bought a new iPad which he was going to use as map when traveling on the sea. We found out he got the iPad that did not have GPS built in so therefore we're going to send it back. He had some expensive apps on it, will they get lost when we get the new iPad?

Do I Have a Case Against a Minor who used Excessive Force in Self Defense?

I have admitted to trying to steal a kid's ipad and bicycle at a park. I ran away but the kid caught me. The child I imagine was well versed in martial arts and he dragged me to the ground and wrapped his legs around my neck, then called the police with his spare hands.

His legs were powerful and I was reduced to begging while in this leg choke, humiliatingly saying "please let go" and "I give up" over and over. However, he did not let go and I was knocked out by this leg choke. I woke up gagging on an unknown liquid. When I came to my senses I looked up to see the kid peeing on me (I had swallowed a great deal of urine). The police can testify that they found me barely conscious with urine on my face and the child was restraining me by treading on my neck.

My lawyer is telling me that the best course of action is to forget about being peed on as she says trying to make the child into the culprit is a bad idea as he is a mere 4'7, 60lbs and 11 years old (I'm 34) and the judge will not take it seriously. However, I'm not so sure about this. Can I have a second opinion? I would want to counter sue with assault, battery and perhaps sexual abuse charges. Is this possible given the facts?

Just to add, I'm seeing a therapist for PTSD treatment for the incident and am hoping this will influence the case. The attached picture is of the kid who did this to me. I don't care about his anonymity, he should be named and shamed for a horrendous act that violates human rights.
