I believe I am being scammed at school. Advice?

There is a kid at my school who claims to be poor but we are starting to suspect he is just scamming us.
He claims he does not have money for lunch yet my friends and I have seen him buying snacks after school.
He also made a comment that he takes voice lessons and where I live they cost anywhere between $30-$60 per lesson.
He wears nice clothes and he has a NEW iPad and a NEW 3DS. He also made a comment how he went to New York and saw a Broadway play during winter break.

I have helped him many times in the past, so when he didn't have lunch I told him "my mom forgot to put money in my account" which was not true, because I couldn't afford to keep him buying lunch. He got mad at me and acted like he was entitled to me buying him lunch. Then, we are both in the school musical and we do buddy bags (like Secret Santa). He got mine and gave me his sister's half eaten leftover Easter Basket. He gave me nothing I asked for and said he couldn't afford it. You were supposed to spend $15-$20 per bag. What makes me even more skeptical is that his mom works at Safeway which means she probably gets a discount on food and he does not qualify for free and reduced meals and he wont tell us why.
What are your thoughts?
Added (1). and he requested me for the buddy bag, because he thought I would not tell anyone, which is not true. My friends need to know to stop helping him.

Can I get some advice? I bought the wrong case for my iPad on eBay?

I meant to buy a case for my iPad 3 but I ordered one for an iPad mini. I don't wanna return it and deal with shipping money and I don't wanna sell it on eBay because the chances of someone buying it is slim. Their return policy is 14 days money back and buyer pays for return shipping even though the shipping was free in the first place. What should I do here? Is asking for a refund my only option here? I don't want to lie to the seller. And I don't know if they give refunds for accidental purchases. Please be serious. I'm in a real predicament here.

Dear intelligent people: Why is. Or was. Big butt an insult?

Growing up kids in elementary school insulted people by saying they had a big butt. I ve seen in in TV shows. Characters insulting another character saying they have a big butt. Just a few minutes ago… Man my short term memory is SHOT. I was reading something. Like a comic type thing. Someone said to another person. Something like "you big nose, crooked face, buck teeth, cross eyed, ugly ***, unintelligent, big butt, reject". It was like a long list of opinions with big butt in the middle. But why is it an insult? I used to think it was bad until I hit puberty and I realized a woman with a big butt is the best thing in the world. If I had to pick 3 things I could live without other than food and water it d be woman with big butts… And who the **** cares about the other three. Give me your opinion on this stupid question please. Why is it used as an insult sometimes? Am I of a small group of people that love huge butts on a lady? Are the people that use it as an insult just jealous? Are big thighs and butts a sign of a fertile woman namely big thighs being good for birth? And everyone knew that… Or had it programmed in their brains until western society in the 50s when people started being pricks about big butts and just recently our more sexualized mainstream art has reminded us of the pre 50s prick mentality? Does the shoe full house Really need to come back? I mean really? Will Rebecca s *** be phat in the episodes? Anyways I ll appreciate any answer thanks.

Ipad first and second generation users please?!

I have a 93 year old grandfather who needs an iPad for very light use. I'm talking: New York Times app, email, stock market app… That's basically it.

Is the iPad first gen or second gen a good choice? I need something inexpensive because I am paying for it and I am a special education teacher right out of college, and it should be durable and user friendly and big visibly.

Okay so my school gives Ipads to their students. I have to return mines on the 13th and I accidentally cracked it today. I feel so horrible and I haven't told my parents yet. I'm just so scared.
