How to switch my apple account to a different one without losing everything?

Ok so I'm getting the MacBook Air 13, and right now my ipad is under my dad's apple account and when I get my macbook I want my own account. So on my ipad I have minecraft pe and there is a world on there that I've been working on for a year and I want to somehow back it up,or copy it to my new account ID bcs I do not want to lose it. I've never used a macbook before so if u hav any tips on how to use it that would help too, but please answer my first question thanks!

Any portable wall outlets?

So I'm going to go camping in a month or so for a week. I want to bring my hair straighteners with me and my phone and ipad. Do you know of any online store that would sell a portable charger where you can charge a wall outlet and USB devices? Preferably sold under $50. Why does my ipad screen keep cracking?

For some reason, this past week my ipad has gotten a crack pretty much every day. It's not even like I'm being rough with it but if you place it wi the screen down and pick it back up, there'll be a new scratch. Now there's a huge crack through the actually screen. What's going on? How much does it cost to fix?

How to spend my $766 college refund?

I attend a community college. I took out no loans and I'm strictly paying with financial aid. I really need a laptop but my parents disagree because I have a ipad mini but iPads don't have adobe flash or Microsoft and all the things I need. Does anyone know where I can get good laptops for the low? Also I never eat lunch at school I just go home. I also wanted new clothes. But I'm just not sure what I should buy. I also cracked the back of my iPhone which I wanted fixed…just little things that I want… Nails done all that good stuff seems necessary for me bc it's nothing else I can do with the money lol. I could save up for a car I guess.
