IOS 7 not here on ipad 4g?

I'm reading online that apple released iOS 7 for iPhone ipod and ipad but when I go to settings and system update on
BOTH ipad and ipod it says Software is up to date 6.1.3 am I supposed to wait longer for the update or is it not here for ipad 4G? Help please?

IPad mini camera acces from lock screen?

On most apple devices you can access your camera and take a picture or video without unlocking your device but on my iPad mini it has a little thing where instead of being able to take pictures or videos without unlocking it you get a slideshow of your photos. Can I change it so I can take pictures? If so how? I've looked in the settings but I can't find anything that can do this

So, a few months ago I jail-broke my iPad, and it wasn't exactly for me, I had mobilevid but now that's gone and I can't get it back and I would like to get my movies back onto my ipad like I used to from my laptop, and I've tried many ways to download movies from my ipad with various apps that never worked … Now i tried to unjailbreak my ipad wiht my fiancee and the two ways we tried were to completely restore my ipad in the settings app and neither try worked because I still have cyia. I never did that back up your ipad thing before the jailbreak ans I'm wondering if there is anyway to unjailbreak it… i have the iPad 1, I got it in Dec. 2010 and I also cannot connect with itunes with my ipad, it always says couldn't connect the apple ipad with itunes an error occurred, error being the fact that the ipad is jailbroken…

Bought an app on my iPad and only getting the preview version on my iPhone?

I bought an app on my iPad in the App Store for my daughter (it was like 2.99 or something) it works fine on my iPad but when I downloaded it to my iPhone it only gave me the preview version and wants me to pay to have the full version again.Is this normal or have I done something wrong?

Can't delete email messages on iPad 2?

When I go to delete these two messages from my hotmail account it keeps saying the message could not be moved to mailbox trash. How can I fix this? I found some guides on the Internet but some of the options they select on settings, I don't have. I got IOS 6 if that helps and yeah any help is appreciated, thanks
