So I Was Scammed Online.?

So on an online auction site called listia, I was scammed by a seller. The site uses a virtual point system instead of money.It is like eBay, but you use points.So I won an auction for an iPad and the seller took my points but didn't give me the item. Since the site doesn't use money, it is probably not possible to file a fraud against them. But is there a way they can get in trouble with the law?

Can these thing hurt my eye or health?

I'm 12 almost 13, It's holiday in kuching, i have nothing to do just stay at home watch TV playing games, i spend lot of time playing video game or surfing the internet for interesting things… I usually sleep in 2:00 in the morning, ill wake up at 12:00pm or 1:00pm, i play game for half of the day, then i watch TV, at night i play Ipad games… Will this harm my health or something? Sorry for the bad english =="

I am saving up for one and i was wondering how much a ipad that was just realsed that day 16gb with wifi only would cost. The reason I'm not saying which ipad is because it's whichever ipad is realsed after my birthday next year. I have akready got $150 and I still have another 11months to go!

Okay so I got this app on my iphone called apple store and then it asked me for the 3 digit pin for the credit card and I just typed something random in! And now I just got an email saying it just shipped!!! How does this even work because I'm pretty sure I got the pin wrong. I did it cus wanted to see if it actually worked and it actually did!!! O___O will the ipad show up on my dads credit card!?! And I know this was dumb

My nook color won't charge?

I haven't really used my nook color in a year or so ever since I got an ipad.So it's been dead, because I couldn't find the charger so then I finally found it, and when I charged it it wouldn't charge, and I even charged it overnight, and it still wouldn't work. What is wrong?

Ipad 2 black ops zombies error?

I have black ops zombies on ipad 2 and I can't play online. Local wifi works fine but when I play online it says connecting to room then it says error on joining room every time. I've tried restarting my ipad many times and turning off Bluetooth and wifi but it still never works.help please
