So on an online auction site called listia, I was scammed by a seller. The site uses a virtual point system instead of money.It is like eBay, but you use points.So I won an auction for an iPad and the seller took my points but didn't give me the item. Since the site doesn't use money, it is probably not possible to file a fraud against them. But is there a way they can get in trouble with the law?
