Why does my IPad show cord and iTunes logo?

Ok so I have had an IPad 2 for about 3 years now and for some reason when I woke up I went to check some emails but when I go to turn it on it just shows the cord and then an arrow to the iTunes logo. I really need to fix this because my iPad is really my only way online. I am typing this on my phone right now but I really need my iPad to work because I'm getting tired at staring at this tiny screen and I don't have a computer because my laptop broke about 1 month ago and it won't get fixed until the end of the year so I really need my ipad. So do any of you know how to fix this? Sorry this is getting long but I really wanna fix this >.<

What is the Most Annoying thing that has ever happened to you during the game?

I was on a level and I had a 1 Colour Bomb, 2 Striped Candies (Red and Blue) and a Yellow Jelly Fish waiting to used and I moved a Purple to 2 other Purples when suddenly it used my 2 Striped Candies, my Jelly Fish and my Colour Bomb at the same time just to remove another Red and I hated that as I wanted to use them in the Sugar Crush Mode at the end of the level to get 3 Stars and not only was it my Last Move (as I wasn't looking) it was my Last Life and my IPad just ran out of Battery Life and it turned off after it was done, so I had to wait 5 Hours while it was charging (as my family and I went out for dinner) for it to turn back on and before my Lives had regenerated, plus my usage of the Daily Booster Wheel was used up and not only did I have to wait until the next day but I had to wait until past 20:00pm to use it as I had College (From 09:00am to 17:00pm) and I had to my chores and dishes right after dinner. I was furious. My other IPad was updating my Apps and I had to wait until the Update was finished because it was important. My Mum won't let me take my 1st IPad yo College as she's scared it will get stolen, lost or broken. So what is the most annoying thing that you ever had happen to you on this game and has it ever made you go absolutely ballistic? My 1 Move that day really did.

Does Photoshop work well on the ipad mini (for a beginner)?

I don't use Photoshop on a professional level or anything. I'm currently taking an intro to Photoshop class and I have a ton of exercises and assignments due. I can't draw with a mouse, so I was thinking of buying an ipad mini and using a stylus to draw. Is this a good idea, or should I skip on buying the ipad?

Can my roommate view my internet activity?

I just need to make sense of things. My roommate has been going into my room, daily. I'm talking 10 day in a row benders. I know because I suspected it, and confirmed it when I set small traps on my door. I kept a document with every door opened (I have 4 doors).

After I was on google looking up ways to catch her, and looking at cameras online, it stopped. I installed a camera, and found nothing since then.

I'm sure I'm sounding like a paranoid lunatic, but I can't help but wonder if she has a way of viewing my search history on our router. It's not our router; it's our landlord's. She can't get on my laptop or ipad because they are protected, unless she was able to hack into it…

You have to understand, she set off every door trap, for WEEKS. I'm talking, since the day I moved in. And only on days when she knows I'm at work. No more than 2 days would go by without seeing evidence of my bedroom, bathroom, and closet doors opened, yet the second I install a camera, she doesn't go in once!

Is it possible that she sees my web history and stopped?

Added (1). In just a few days, i'll be getting my iPad mini with Retina Display - WiFi + Cellular. I went to the apple website and then i found out that iOS 8 will be released this fall. So i was wondering, is it possible for iOS 7 on the iPad mini to be updated into iOS 8? If it is, can i update it by myself, or do i have to go to a shop to update it? Thanks.

How can I convert.avi movies to.mp4 so I can view on an iPad. I have downloaded countless programs which have put watermarks on the film or cut it down to 5 minutes. I need to know how I can convert the files for free without any BS pay to use.

WHY CANT I DOWNLOAD ios8?!

i downloaded ios8 on my ipad yesterday on september 17th the day it came out, duh… BUT im still waiting for my iphone (4s) i tryed all day i waited a couple of hours and i tryed today also but it keeps saying its up to date like no nooo i want ios 8 i simpily downloaded on my ipad ( i hope you understand my ingles i am from spain)
