Why does the iPad make my internet connection slow? How to block it?

Every time I turn on the wifi on my iPad 2 my wifi connection becomes very slow on other devices (Laptop and PS3). I have no idea why this happens but It only slows down whenever it's connected to my wifi. CenturyLink is my isp.Is there anyway to block the iPad connection! My modem is one supplied by centurylink (PK5001Z) I am very sure it isn't the modem/router because I had the same problem a while back with my iPhone (AT&T was my isp at the time)

ITunes movies purchasing in Canada with iPad?

Ok so I need to watch a movie on my iPad, and it is available to purchase on the itunes store (i live in canada) but if I purchase it, will it download and play on the iPad? And I can transfer it to the PC?

Why is skype dropping calls?

Every time i would try and call somebody, it says "Just a moment while we reconnect you… " Right when the call starts.
By the way this is on my ipad and i dont really want to go onto a computer

Wifi is being retarded?

So I have an iPad and iPod. The wifi for my iPod is working perfectly– in every room and strong connection. But my iPad wont connect unless I'm in the same room as the router and even then, the connection is weak.Is it the wifi or the iPad? And how can I fix this problem?

Ipad mini not working!

Ok I recently got my ipad mini around January. I love it so much. Until today my music is acting really weird. When I click on a song, it plays a completely different song but still shows that I'm listening to the other song. Then after I click the song I want a bunch of times it finally plays. Then after that, it just stops even when I have it on shuffle it doesn't go to the next song. And for some songs it just doesn't even start. All my other apps work and the sound is too. Please help!

My ipad 2 is missing GB?

I have a 16 GB ipad 2, I had it for a year now. And It says I have used 10.9 GB. But this isn't true I have only used 1.2 GB.so now I have barely any free memory on my ipad.Is there anyway I could fix this without restoring my ipad to factory condition?
Added (1). I have deleted every app off my ipad and it still says I am using up 10 GB and only 3 GB left .

Why is my male cockatiel angry?

It was fine at first and I put my hand between the cage bars and it did nothing. But now it's crest is all the way flat and when I put my hand in the cage towards it, he tries to bite me. I've done nothing to it. I've just been sitting next to it while on my ipad

Ipads and Tablets. I know that some of you may be thinking, 'Where has she been hiding?' But within the next couple of weeks I will be receiving my way overdue settlement. I don't feel illiterate on the computer, but I want to know what I am getting myself into as well. Ipad WiFin connection drop off when the screen is locked?

My ipad mini (IOS 6.1.2) automatically disconnect whenever I lock the screen! I reset the setting and I reconnect my router but still got the Same problem and I don't get notifications or anything!

Hey I just got an iPad 2, I wanna convert videos so i can watch it on ipad. I have tried several programs, however most of them just sucked. One of them took as long as the length of the video to convert while another made my PC's temperature rise up to like 80 degrees celcius

Multiplayer Games for IPad and IPhone?

Hey, I am looking for a multiplayer game for me and my friend to play. She has an IPhone and IPad but prefers to use the phone and i have an IPad. We both really like to play boardgames together but were apart a lot so wondered which Games in the App store are the best and can be played online when we are in different countries and preferably on both devices. Also we mostly like the classics but don't know which ones work the way we need but are willing to try other games too. All suggestions and input is greatly appreciated. Thanks you. :D

IPad-like autocorrect for Word?

Is it possible to have as intelligent autocorrection in word as we have in iPad?
iPad corrects a lot of misspelled words but Word is rubbish in this.Is there a file or something I can add to word so that it can be more helpful in autocorrecting? Thanks
