My iPad is stuck on reset?!

I recently jail broke my iPad. I no longer like the jailbreak because it caused problems etc. So I went into general. Clicked reset and tried erasing my iPad. The apple logo appeared and then the loading bar appeared. I waited 6 hours and the loading bar never moved. The Ipad finally died when it originally had around 80%. Any idea how to fix this?

How to use my e-card?

Today I got an e-card reimbursement from walmart, because they couldnt fix my ipad air that i send to their product care plan. So my question is, can i only use the e-card at walmart or can i use it at other stores like, bestbuy or tmobile? It has a total of $731 with a pin and barcode.

I'm having problem's deciding what to buy?

Ok so payday is coming up and i'm having a bit of trouble deciding what to buy, as said above, so the choices are, a PS4, it's been a year now since it came out so i think it would be great to get one now, but the price is still up there and it should come down, and have been wanting to play AC:Unity but despite the horrible frame rate issue, and many other problems I would still like to play it, and I do have a gaming PC so, when it comes out on there i'll play it on there.
I just want to treat myself to something, and the other two choices are and Ipad ( probably used, not spending 400 for a brand new one) because i can buy a laptop which is another thing I want, my school work is making me use a computer and i got a laptop to use recently for school work and I absolutely love it, but I also loved using my cousin's ipad when he had let me borrow it, just so i don't waste my battery on my phone, honestly this decision is a easy one, i just want to hear some feed back from people who own these things already

What's wrong with my dog?

I have an old (10-12 years old) bichon frisée (sorry for spelling errors, typing on an ipad). When I fill up the whole bowl of food and water, she eats/ drinks all of it, and then she goes and pukes up all the undigested food and water. She hasn't done this before, but started these past weeks. Please help! I don't want her to do get hurt. Please give me tips to help her, and maybe tell me what's happening, please! Thank you:)
Added (1). She goes outside and goes poop, but I don't see any yellow spots in the snow, and she doesn't usually bury her waste.

Why doesn't my iPad hold a charge?

I got my iPad for Christmas, 6 months ago. I have it in great condition and everything. I charged it last night till it reached 100% and didn't use it today but it says 1%! I am completely sure it was 100% that night. It is not holding a charge whatsoever. Why is this happening and what should I do.
