Which ipad mini should I get?

So I am in need of some opinions on choosing what Ipad mini I should get. First off, I'm getting an Ipad no matter what, so don't recommend me a Samsung Or nexus. Reason why I want an Ipad is because I have a ton of money I have invested into the app store, and I just like the os. I am either getting The first generation or the retina, both Ipad minis. The thing I plan on doing on these devices is Web Browsing, watching Youtube, Maybe some light gaming, and the occasional typing for school papers. This isn't going to replace my computer, I have no intention doing so as I have a beefy custom built. I just want to get a tablet for when I am not at my desk. I am coming from an Ipod touch 4th generation, so I'm not sure if this is retina or not. Any opinions on what ipad mini I should get? Thanks!

Can I watch movie offline on my ipad?

I was on a flight recently & the girl sitting in front of me was watching a movie on her tablet. I'm sure she was offline. I was wondering how she did it? I'm flying to the sates next month & I was hoping to download some movies to my ipad & watch them offline,mourning the flight. Can it be done?

Shaky and Trembling Hands?

Ever since maybe around grade 3 or 4 (in grade 12 now) I've had these shaky hands. And maybe two times in grade 9 and 10 my hands shook violently to the point of freaking me out and having to sit on them till they stopped. When i went to a doctor last winter she told me it was because i was a naturally nervous person but when im by myself im not nervous and my hands still shake? The first time my hands shook violently i was in my room laying on my stomach reading a boring Manga(Comic Book) on my ipad and my hands started shaking and i dropped my ipad and couldnt close my fingers or hold anything so i sat on em'. stopped after a minute or two. I've had my blood tested and its perfectly normal. So i was wondering why this is happening. And if there is any advice to get it to stop?

I have won a competition but I am underage?

It now says that you have to be 18 to claim the iPad but I didn't realise that before. My other laptop has broken and I need a new one but it will cost loads so this is the perfect opportunity. I'm 14 though and I'm not sure what my parents will say. Help! What will happen if I tick the box and claim it? I really want it though. :/

$860 stole from me on ebay?

I bought an iPad Air on ebay for $860, the seller sent me a box with packing martial in it! No iPad Air! The package weight 12 oz's.

I just received an E-mail from paypal that they ruled in my favor. Though I have to send the merchandise back to the seller/thief and he has to sign for it! No merchandise to send back.

My questions are, how do I get seller/thief to sign for a package that he essentially stole from me? Why would he sign for it? It makes no since to me!

Paypal was closed for calls when I received the E-mail. I will have to call them! I'm trying sleep and almost having a heart attack just thinking about this!

Why is my ipad temporary shutting down?

I have an iPad mini retina. It's been doing this lots. Not all times but sometimes it does. It shuts off for a few seconds then show a black screen with an picture of an apple. Then it goes back to normal. Is there something wrong with it?
