Is it ok to let my turtle watch videos on my iPad? I'm being serious?

I prop my iPad up next to his tank and let him watch videos of either sea turtles or fish, you know, those relaxing ones. He seems to love it, comes right up to the glass and paws and swims round it. Just worried I'll physiologically stuff him up that there aren't actually any fish or turtles there. He lives alone BTW. Mum and Dad are also against getting live fish for his tank and a turtle friend is not an option.
