IPad touch screen unresponsive?

My iPad touchscreen is not working, it keeps moving on it's own and I cant unlock the screen because it just keeps moving on its own. It's hard to explain so I've linked a video this is not my video or my iPad but is what's happening to my iPad except in a worst condition PLLEASSEE Help

Can I play movies from a memory stick on my iPad?

Hi, I ve recently considered buying a memory stick which I can also plug into my iPad. I was just wondering, if I did this would I be able to watch movies on my iPad or would Apple not allow it?

How to restore my iPad?

i got my iPad 2 back from repair and the man told me to connect it to my itunes to restore it. The screen is saying " iPad is disabled connect to iTunes" which I did and iTunes is telling me to unlock the iPad. I tried turning it off, holding the home button while connecting the cable usb into it while holding the home button and its still the same thing. I know my password but its still stuck on that screen.

IPad update 9.2.1. Is not installing?

I tried connecting it to my laptop and use iTunes but iTunes wasn't recognizing my iPad, if there is any solution to my iTunes problem or iPad not installing my update then answer please.

I tried changing USB ports
Restarted AMD
Restarted laptop and iPad.
Pretty much tried everything I can.

Please help.
