Original iPad vs iPad mini?

Is the iPad mini much better than the original iPad? Also, is it worth the $329 that it costs? Or should I just stick with my original iPad?

How to not feel bad for people for stupid reasons?

So I am a pretty emotional person, I like making others happy and hate doing the wrong thing and making me sad. One of the more reoccuring thoughts that flows through my head is when i feel bad for people for silly things that I shouldn't worry about. For example my sister was given my dads Ipad after he got a new one, she has had it for a few months now and I just realized that its top right corner was dented because he had dropped it and the button didn't work. For whatever I reason I started feeling really bad for her when it wasn't a huge deal and their was nothing I could do about it. I even started asking her stupid questions like do you not like it like that, have you tried to get it fixed, etc.So how can I prevent myself from worrying/feeling bad about things I can't change?

Do I have to have Steam downloaded to desktop?

So I'm building a gaming pc, it won't be ready for a few more weeks. But the summer sale on Steam is going on now.Do I have to have steam downloaded to a desktop in order to buy the games and download them later? Or can I just make an account on my iPad and buy the games on my steam account, then download them to my new pc when it's built. Pls help and thank you!

How to jailbreak iPad mini on iOS 6.1.3?

Hey, I have an iPad mini (the wi-fi version) and I wanted to know what program I would have to use to jailbreak it.It can be either a tethered or untethered but I would just like help (and possibly links) to help me. Thank you very much for any help :)
Added (1). I know there is a jailbreak for 6.1.3 through redsn0w because I have done it on my iPod Touch by using 6.0 firmware. I just wanted to know if there is a way to do the same thing for iPad.

I live by my self in a one bed apartment and wanted to know if this will be fast enough for me? I need internet for school and I do watch nexflix on my computer. I have a laptop and Ipad that will be connected to it. Will it be to slow?

I am considering purchasing either the ipad mini or the ipad with retina display. I am looking for which one has better video quality as I currently have the ipad 2 and better quality video for my small business.
