IPad mini apps stuck on waiting?!

Recently I tried to download an app but then it just sat there on waiting so I tried another app. I've tried deleting and redo loading it won update either I've tried resetting settings I've tried factory resetting I've tried most everything it's annoying the crap out of me I have an iPad mini with iOS 8.1 if it may be connected with that is there any way I can fix this?

How to make money as a teenager?

Hi! So i want to get an ipad mini or ipad air ( i haven't decided yet) and my parents said i could as long as i got most of the money for it. Can any of you guys help me? I'm 14, no allowance, and my parents expect me to get high grades so i do not get paid for getting 100's or something. Thank you guys so much! ( ipad air is $449( 32 gb) and the ipad mini 2 is 299$( 16 gb) Thanks again guys!

Can employer track browser history from mobile hotspot?

I have a company issued AT&T lte iPad that has mobile hotspot capability. If I connect to their hotspot using my personal iPad can they track the browser history? And more importantly, would they go through the trouble? I'm assuming this would be available through the AT&T records but would be quite a hassle for them to track which sites were visited and who visited them. I have my own wifi at home and wouldn't go to any "inappropriate" websites from their hotspot, I'm just curious as to what they can track?

Any voice over apps?

I need an app where you can take video, mute it, and just use the audio of a different video for that video. I hope that makes sense! I made an animation on my iPad (which I will send over to my phone), and I need some voices for it. Obviously, I can't record them on the spotâ€" so I will record the voices, edit them a bit, and add them to the animation. Is there an app for that?
