Recently I tried to download an app but then it just sat there on waiting so I tried another app. I've tried deleting and redo loading it won update either I've tried resetting settings I've tried factory resetting I've tried most everything it's annoying the crap out of me I have an iPad mini with iOS 8.1 if it may be connected with that is there any way I can fix this?
