Protocol for court observation?

I have to observe a court case for an assignment and I m unsure of what the protocol is for attending. I m assuming I have to wear dress pants and whatever, but what about items for taking notes?
Can I bring an iPad or do I have to stick to pen and paper?

Scammed through paypal, what to do?

Recently i agreed to buy an iphone 6 over depop and the seller told me to send payment over goods and services to her through paypal and gave me her email address. It turns out that the seller actually bought an ipad off someone on depop and she gave me the email address of the person selling the item to her to send the payment to. After the person selling the ipad sent it off and provided proof, she deleted her account leaving me paying for the ipad and the seller without one. As im covered by buyer protection, i should be able to get my money back but what should the seller of the ipad do? Thanks

How to bypass light speed on on my school iPad?

My school gives all its students iPads to use but all the websites are pretty much blocked. I can't access any of the websites I need right now. An app that I need to use needs me to log into Facebook so I can run the app. How can I get through light speed so I can get on facebookto run this app?
