My birthday is in 2 weeks and i still dont know what i want?

Im going to be 15 in 2 weeks. Im no girly girl, and i dont want money or gift cards cause i got pleantly of it. Im country and ya. I already have a phone, ipad and yeah. I am puzzled on what i want for my brithday any suggestions?

What should I get an Ipad or a Chromebook?

Or mid level HP computer?

I don't have a computer…

I like the Ipad a lot but I feel like I should get something with a keyboard just in case I need to type.

Plus Ipad mini is $399 or should i get the 299 without Retina display?

Chomebooks are cheaper starting at $199 but they seem flimsy or just cheaply made…

IOS Devices ridiculously lags?

I have an iPhone 5s and an iPod touch 4G and every time I connect them to my Wi-Fi at home, both of them lag ridiculously, like the screen freezes for 1 long minute. I tried to make a hard reset on both devices, but the phone just goes crazy, lags like stupid ****. I noticed that it's only when I'm connected to my Wi-Fi at home. This have never happened to me before, and it's very weird, because my iPod and my iPhone are the only devices that lag when I connect them to Wi-Fi. My iPad, MacBook Pro, PS3, nor Apple TV do such thing. I have every device up to date, so I don't know what the fvck is wrong with my iPhone and iPod. Have it ever happened to you before?

I'm guessing it's my Wi-Fi, because they don't do the same thing when I go to other places, and when I disconnect my iPhone from my Wi-Fi to use my Internet data, the phone don't do the same thing. But it's weird because it's only my iPhone and my iPod.

Left my iPad on an airplane?!

I flew back internationally from Mexico to Chicago OHare and I think I left my iPad on the plane! When I go to American Airlines web sites it tells me to contact Ohare even if left on the plane. Ohare website tells me to contact American if on the plane!

Best alternative to an iPad?

It's my birthday tomorrow and I'm planning on buying myself a tablet. Obviously iPads are very expensive and I cannot afford one but I'm looking for a close match. Preferably one that can get YouTube, Instagram, Vine and snapchat?

Does the amp of a wire have to be higher than the amp you're giving it?

I am trying a project where I divert power from an ipad charger. I found this about the charger: iPad Charger 5.1 volts 2.1 amps 12 watts.

I was going to buy this wire:

But then I saw:
Current Rating = 1.8 Amps, max Voltage Rating = 1000 v

I don't do this kind of thing a lot, but even to me that seems like it wouldn't work.

Please could you tell me if I am wrong or suggest a suitable alternative wire (I don't need a lot and would like it reasonably cheap).

How to know if my Ipad is being monitored?

I'm a high school student who's part of my school board. They're experimenting with me and the other 3 high school board reps (one from each HS) and letting us have Ipads for a year. I want to know whether they're monitoring them (I.E. What we search, what websites, etc.) I'm not planning on doing anything bad, but I do want to know since other school districts have done such things in the past. Is there anyway to tell if there are any spy programs or anything running in the background?
Added (1). They certainly would admit to it, and yes there must be someway to tell because in order to be monitoring someone there has to be some background software
