Black and White editing pictures?

So for 4-H I would like to edit a picture where everything is black and white but what I select. I don't want the circle I want it so I can color it in like on the iPod/iPhone/iPad apps. What is a good free website I can use?

What does his actions mean?

Ok so I've been texting this guy and we like each other! There's a bit of an age difference I'm 18 ill be 19 and he about to be 17 but were NOT having sex not even dating just talking! Anyways um over the weekends my family has this rule NO phones, iPads, anything electronic over the weekend cuz it's Family time so anyways he texted me over the weekend but my phone was off so I didn't text him back anyways I texted him this morning and he responded like 5 hours later and the. He ask me immediately why I didn't text him over the weekend when I told him he gave me an answer I hate people text me a one letter text! I hate that I texted him back and then like 4 hours later he responds and sends me another 1 letter text so I responded and he hasn't texted back and it's been hours! What does this mean? Is it my fault? Did I do something wrong? What should I do?

I have a new ipad and an existing laptop Samsung Windows 8. I am having difficulty setting up the ipad as I do not know my wifi password.
They say you can do it through iTunes but I get a message to say that the pairing record is missing. What do I do now?

Should I take my writing being called simple as a compliment?

Beforehand, let me apologize for any grammar or spelling mistakes. I'm on my ipad and I dunno if my fingers miss the buttons or something but I always mess up typing on this thing. And spellcheck does nothing! And then its so hard to go back and correct things… Okay well, before I turn this into a rant I'll continue one with my question.

So I been posting stories online and the usual comment I got were just the "pls update soon" ones. But recently I've gotten one that said that my writing style was very simple compared to other stories. They said they liked that, but I'm not sure if I should be taking that as a compliment.

IPad won't turn on after battery drained?

My iPad lost all of its charge, and I plugged it in to charge it. Now, it's just turning on partly then turning off again before I can use it at all.It's hard to describe, but It goes to the password lock screen then turns off, and on again without me even touching it! Has this happened to anyone before and does anyone know what I can do to stop this?

How to upload photos (not from the camera roll) from my ipad to my mac?

Ok so I had a bunch of photos on my mac but it accidentally got deleted. However, before it got deleted I uploaded the photos onto my iPad.Is there a way I can get those photos back onto my mac.because whenever I plug in the iPad the computer only allows me to upload the photos in camera roll.

Which one to pick? ipad or macbook?

Which one should i pick? If i pick ipad i cant print any documents but i also need it for studying and i really want to have an ipad 4. If i pick the macbook i can print and i can share it with my family because we only have 1 laptop.So? Which one should i pick !!! Pls try to encourage me!
