What's a good video camera for a beginner to make movies with?

My 13-almost-14 year old son wants to make his own short movies. He's not super experienced with video cameras. He's recorded some things with his iPad and has made a few little shorts on that, but he wants something he can film scenes with. Also, is there one with built-in editing software, or is there a good movie editing program that anyone can recommend for a beginner? Thanks.

Apple TV and ipad stopped working but iphone does?!

so i am on my ipad and my dads on the apple TV. When the internet stops working on both of them. I got the wifi on my iphone and everyone else is getting wifi, but the apple TV and my ipad stopped. Wtf halp please

I got in trouble for doing my homework at school, how do I address the adult about it?

I am an eight grader in middle school, during recess we are allowed to go to recess play games and crap. Or, you can go the library to do homework. Every couple of days, the library will be closed so I do my homework in a doorway next to my locker. Some people sit on the floor outside of the lunchroom to do theirs. Today however, the principal of my school was walking around and saw me typing on my iPad. He then proceeded to yell at me saying things like, you need to be where you're supposed to be! And NEVER pull something like this again! I'm a very good student, I look like the farthest thing from trouble. I want to talk to him and let him know why I was there, I dance 18 hours during the week, and I go to school 45. I'm severely depressed and am not interested in hanging out with other 13 year olds. Should I address my principal? I personally feel like adults don't listen to what kids have to say and just think they're all obnoxious, dumb, wastes of space. That last part might have been an exaggeration. :) thanks for all answers!

I can't export videos from my mac onto my iPad / iPhone?

I've tried airdrop - whilst my phone and iPad can find each other, the mac cannot. (I've checked wifi and bluetooth are on)

I tried an iCloud shared album, however the option to save was greyed out

I tried connecting the iPad to the mac with a cable, however I was only able to put photos from the iPad onto the mac, not the other way around.

Please help, I'm on a time limit!

Can Dropbox be installed and used on an Apple (IOS) comp?

What I want to do is have a Macbook and an iPad Pro, install Dropbox on the Macbook so I can upload files to Dropbox and then access the files on the iPad.

Would this mean I could also create a file (say a Word file) on iPad and upload it to Dropbox - or would I have to install Dropbox on the iPad?is it even possible to install Dropbox on iPad Pro?

Do schools know what you're doing at all times?

I drew and did not type something on explain everything which as an app that doesn't need wifi and i know its immature but my school uses vpn but it wasn't on at the time and the wifi wasn't on does that mean they will get me in trouble but my friends sometimes did it on my ipad and I know they drew some very bad stuff before

Someone taking a picture of me at the mall?

I was sitting down at the quiet area where no one is sitting at. I was on my phone. There was a black guy sitting next to me then he stood up with his ipad. I was about to leave and the guy apporached me and asked if i was here at the mall last summer. I said no and he start showing me picture of me with short pants and short sleeve top with no one around the picture. He just took a bunch of picture of me with no one in the background again. He showed it to me. I asked him to delete. He deleted 2 picture but i see the bunch of the picture of me on the bottom of the Ipad. I demanded him to give me bhis ipad so i could delete. He says there is a picture i am not suppossed to see. I called the security. What is this new thing now? How is this even legal?

Added (5). Lol i was actually talking about a black guy who took my picture. Listen, i dont care if you dont believe if i would have said "white guy". When i mention things to the security i always mention race regardess of if you are black or white or asian(or whatever you call it).
Added (6). Omg. Are you ok? I am talking about one person who took my picture. Did the asian security took my picture and kept it in his ipad and approached me with it? Nope! I am not even gonna bother with this stupid argument. This is really stupid.
