My apple ID works fine on my iPhone but not on my iPad?

I lost my charger for my iPad mini so I wasn't able to charge it for about a month (long story). I turned it on today and it asked me to log in with my apple ID. I entered the correct password and I was told it was invalid, so I reset it. I was sure my password was correct, yet my iPad kept telling me it was invalid so I reset it a total of four times. I tried signing into apple ID on my phone and it works just fine. I've been trying for an hour now. Can anybody help?
Added (1). Also, my wifi works fine for my computer but not my phone and its weak for my iPad. I went next to the router because I was trying to sign into on the app store and it won't connect. Ive checked the settings, I've check everything. I turned my iPad off and back on again. I checked to see if I was supposed to be using iCloud. Why won't anything work?

IPad can't connect to WiFi due to server error?

My iPad 2 has been unable to connect to Wifi for a while now. It happened randomly one day. We've completely restored the iPad to factory settings and it still cant connect. It doesn't even attempt to search for a router. The "wifi" switch just stays switched off and no matter how many times you tap it, it wont switch back on. Everything else on the ipad works, but its useless without wifi. It is not currently connected to an Apple ID because it was factory restored. We cant connect it to an apple ID anyway because we cant connect it to the internet. Any advice? Thanks!
Added (1). Also, its not my server. All other phones, laptops, and devices in the house are able to connect.

I had done it before, but it won't work anymore. I had connected to Facebook, which doesn't work. I signed into iCloud on both devices and after a while it worked, but both of my devices are still connected to iCloud and it won't work? Would signing out of iCloud on both devices and signing back in help?

I found a really good way to stop cravings. Could you try it and tell me how it went?

I found this free app on iPad when I searched for "cravings." It teaches you to do three things when you have cravings. One, think of and visualize a stop sign. Two, breathe five seconds per intake or exhale of breath so that you breathe in a set of in and out six times per minute. Three, do a posture change like smiling or squaring your shoulders back. All three techniques are shown by studies to control cravings. The first one, a stop sign, can actually be any shape and its effects are distraction. I tried only the stop sign and it already got rid of my cravings. So how about you? How did the techniques work on you?

If I don't own any music from iTunes on my phone or iPad and there is no wifi on the airplane how can I listen to music without spending money on the full version of spotify or anything like that?

If I don't have Internet will I still get my preordered i-book?

I preordered a book a long time ago (almost 7 months) but I'm going on a extended road trip tonight and the book comes out tonight. I won't have Internet access on my ipad. Will I still be able to read it tonight, or will I have to wait until I get Internet access again?
