Every time I lol at my phone is 11:11?

It has den going on for the past couple of months, it's either my phone or a clock, my iPad from work. What do you guys think of this?

Facetime and devices

I'm a teacher and I have an iPhone and a work Mac computer… They are connected to my work e-mail, which is my apple id.

I also have 4 iPads in my room that are connected to my Apple ID. They stay at school so the kids can use them for a reading program.

My husband has been gone for 2 weeks and we face timed today so he could see our dog, LOL. While we were face timing he asked me to flash him. I did, but RIGHT after got anxiety.

Are face time calls saved? Will this be in the cloud? Could it show up on any of my other devices?!

No pictures were taken, but I'm FREAKING out it will be shared on one of the iPads and a student will see!

Help!

I plan on restoring them to the factory settings and getting a new apple id for them, but I'm SO SCARED RIGHT NOW!

Is there a way to report an 11 year old girl for cyberbullying?

The child's parents are not willing to put a stop to her behavior and discipline her. She has a personal laptop and iPad where she is tormenting someone from a virtual kids' game. The girl is posting nasty, sexual, and threatening messages to that specific player. I'm worried that she may have gone too far because she already has, judging by what she wrote. We live in Canada with cyberbullying laws and I told her about them. I feel that she thinks she's "invincible" because nobody at school knows and she doesn't know that person in real life. Her account got banned before, but she keeps on making more accounts. Meanwhile, her parents only speak their native language and they can't fully understand what I tell them - but they don't think it's a deal what their daughter is doing. They don't even bother to see what the child is doing online, and think that taxes, buying property, paying for tutoring, and "adult stuff" are more important. I agree that adults do have responsibilities that the government requires, but it's ALSO a responsibility to teach your kids properly and make sure they don't get charged for bullying someone.
Added (1). I doubt her school can do anything! This is more of a parenting or behavioral issue… And nobody from her school is involved in this. She is bullying a complete stranger.
Added (2). Her behaviors in real life are fine for a preteen. I'm guessing that she acts good in real life, but is behaving badly online.

last year i went to a school for kids with disabilitys, and they were SO strict and i didn't even have a disability, most of the time the kids were out of their minds and always screaming and fighting, the one teacher there was very strict about apps on are ipads and yelled at me for making a musical.ly there and putting up a Youtube video and recording, they too away my ipad for the rest of the year and another girls

What are some devices-so to speak- that you can download on a computer to monitor what other people are doing?

Okay, you might be thinking I'm a hacker or something, but of course it's gotta be more complicated. My Tech Theatre teacher is using something to monitor what the entire class is doing on their iPads and/or other technologies. I personally don't like being monitored for more than an hour. And if I could find a way to block this, that would help (in fact I'd consider it the real question. Sorry that it's so complicated.)

I accidentally order an iPad Air instead of an iPad Air 2. I'm thinking about keeping the iPad Air instead. People say there's no difference in both just a tiny faster speeds on the iPad Air 2, but when I watch YouTube reviews some say the iPad Air 2 is a lot better.

Song keeps pausing and skipping forward on my iPhone? Why is this and what can I do to stop it?

I recently bought and IPhone 6S and got Spotify on it. Whenever I listen to my music and put my phone in my pocket and move the song either pauses or changes or skips forward. It is very annoying since as the only time I listen to music is when I'm walking to work or exercising. Sometimes it does it on it's own when I'm not moving or it's not moving…

Why won't my instagram feed load?

My instagram won't load and i've tried everything, i've closed it and opened it, shut down my phone, reset wifi settings, deleted the app and re-downloaded but nothing works and it just won't load. My wifi is fine because it works on my computer and ipad but even when i open instagram on my computer it won't load. What's wrong?

How To Bypass Wifi Time Limits?

So my dad has somehow set a time limit restricting how long I can use the internet on my phone and iPad, which are the only devices I have. I can only use the internet between 7pm-9pm, otherwise it just won't load.
My sister on the other hand, is allowed as much as she wants. She has no time restrictions.
It has been this way for over a year now, and I'm sick of it. I need the internet to do my school work (it's all done digitally at my school), as well as just enjoying it like any other teenager.
My dad claimed it was because I spent too much time on the internet at first, but that was because we'd just moved over 300km across the country and I wanted to keep in contact with my old friends. I now have a part time job which I have after school and on weekends, I'm in a few extra curricular activities, so I don't even have that much time for the wifi, I just want to be able to use it without time restrictions. I asked my dad, but he just says "you don't need it".
I want to know how to bypass it, I have access to a laptop if required. I find it unfair that he allows my 11 year old sister to have as much internet as she wants, whilst me, his 15 year old daughter can't. He tends to favour her over me, so the whole wifi issue is just another one of his things that proves she's the favourite child (he's even told me she's the favourite)
So please, help me out. Having no internet is stressful, I need it for schoolwork, and it's just a nice thing to have. Thanks.

My laptop is slow only on certain sites. Can this be fixed?

I don't think it's the cause but I just got a new internet provider and now a couple sites I visit are painfully slow. I'm talking a full minute or two just to load a text page. Wierdly enough the site loads faster on my iPad on the same internet connection. My computer works fine on most other sites so I'm curious as to what could be causing the long loading. Any theories?

Should I be worried?

I woke up yesterday morning only to find that the ipad that I've been using had been "lost and erased." It wasn't that big of a problem because I backed everything up on icloud. But still I heard that you can report your device as "lost" and erase it through Find My Iphone. But the problem is, I'm the only one who knows the password. And there's no way I could have done it. Should I be worried about a hacker of some sorts?

Hi there, I'm taking a degree in journalism and I have no idea what I'll be facing in my course yet but I do know that they'll be presentations, video-editing (youtube-assignments) & document writing for sure. I need a new computer and I've been wanting a macbook pro since forever but I'm not sure which one to get, what configurations, how much power do I need and etc. Also, I would expect to use it for a very long time. Is it stupid that I'm jealous of my ex best friend?

We stopped being friends 2 years ago, after 6 years of being best friends, ( were in 8th grade now ) but, he just has so much stuff, a 1000 dollar gaming PC that he built, a home theatre PC that he built, Lenovo flex 4, like, 10 other PC'S, rgb keyboard a TV, sound system, ps3, ps1, wii, ipad iphone, expensive canon camera, Gameboys, 2 3DSs psp, and TONS of steam games for his PC's.
He is also an expert on technology and stuff.
But what gets me though, is that MY family is actually richer than HIS, and all I have is a average PC, average laptop, iphone, 3ds XL, and a 70 buck tablet. I just don't know how his family gets the money, I'm an only child, and he has a sister that is in college

Should I just dress poor?

Ok so at school and mostly everywhere I'm loner I'm terrible with people. I always thought that if you had nice things people would want to talk to you more and hang out with you more. The school I go to is probably upper middle class and most of the kids dress regular, but me I bought I whole bunch of brand name cloth like Gucci, Ralph Lauren, saint laurent and other expensive brands to get more friends and stand out. I even bought an iPad Pro 12.9, MacBook, and Apple Watch this school year to show how well off my parents are. But still no one approaches me or even compliments me and I know I dress well. My problem is why aren't people liking me more because of what I have I'm quiet in class but if someone talked to me I'd try to talk too not even the girls want to talk to me I thought girls loved guys who have expensive stuff. Should I shop at good will and thrift stores and dress like I'm poor to make friends? Are all my items making people feel umcortable around me like not at my level or what?

8 year old's behavior problems?

My 8 year old is pushing my limits. She is starting to back talk, roll her eyes and purposely do the opposite of what I tell her to do. She almost completely refuses to do homework. She goes to school and gets in trouble daily for talking. After school as well. She goes to school and acts like she doesn't know how to spell a certain word or doesn't know what something means when she very well does. At first we thought she was looking for attention or something but we literally put away everything and spend just 101 time with her and now it's gotten worse. She is very defiant and punishment isn't working. I have to sit in her classroom at school and school just started. She has already threw away homework and lies compulsively. She does things that she knows she is not supposed to do and when we ask her why she says because she wanted to. She's already been suspended from school (last year) and I'm scared. I'm praying daily but is there something else that you recommend? We take away toys, iPad, tv and it doesn't really work anymore. We give her extra homework because she hates it but it somewhat works. No spankings. No timeout. They don't work. I'm getting weary and just need some other parents advice.

Disabling DHCP on linksys EA6350 router and setting up static IPs on two ubunu laptops and an Ipad?

Hey Guys, I've been surfing the web, looking at youtube videos and I still can't get this thing. Look what i want to know is HOW do you assign the IPs after you uncheck the little box and disable DHCP in the router or do I have to do something before? Please Please Please explain step by step because I'm tired of this ****.

Added (1). Yes it would be a lot easier to use reservation but my router runs faster with the DHCP disabled and the updates for the firmware failed so I just want to get the most out of my connection. Please just tell me steps

The charger fits in the slot good but it still doesn't charge it. It's also the same size slot.

IPhone keeps saying connect to iTunes?

I have an old iPhone 5s (my current phone is iPhone 7) they are both O2 with different sims but will both have been connected to the same account on iTunes. When I went to charge and open my old iPhone 5 for my son to use, it says "connect to iTunes" I didn't have to connect both of them brand new so why now? I don't have a lap top, I use iPads so don't have no way to connect it. Tried the reset home and power button several times but still says the same thing. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

My iPad Pro is flickering?

Sometimes in the middle of the night it starts beeping (like the charger beep, but it's not even plugged in) and the notification for charging flashes on the screen. Also the screen shakes if it's open.

Anyone know how to fix this? There's nothing in the charge port and it's impossible to be water damage.

I'm literally on my iPad all day. How can I limit myself?

When I say literally, I mean literally. It's summer, and I don't have close friends, so I just hang out on my iPad all day long doing what I love because I finally have all this free time. But I somehow need to stop this because it's not healthy. I love books so I spend lots of time reading ebooks. I watch movies on websites and just watch tons of YouTube. How can I limit myself? How long should be the max for being on an electronic device be? What is your limit? I need some advice please.

I accidentally deleted the Find My IPhone app on my IPad

I bought a new IPad yesterday, and I accidentally deleted "find my iphone" and now I forgot my passcode so I can't log in. I went to my apple ID on a desktop and I saw my IPad on the connected devices, however when I logged on to ICloud using my apple ID. I don't see my IPad on the connected devices.

10 year old brother?

My 10 year old brother hasn't been himself, his mom lives with us but he just doesn't seem as happy, he loves me a lot, he says it all the time. He hugs me all the time too, I'll come out of the kitchen he gets up and hugs me and will stay there until I ask him to move, then he will cuddle me on the couch and sit on my lap, it gets my 5 year old brother jealous because he wants to cuddle with me too. But before my 10 year old brother didn't do that as much as he is now. He's also seemed a little bit depressed, I bought him an iPad mini to cheer him up, it hasn't worked, he asks me to play with him a lot.

He's homeschooled because he has bad anxiety, he has separation anxiety pretty bad as well. Him and my mom lived in a horrible apartment because my mom can't pay much. Once I found out, I told them to move in and I didn't mind, so my mom gave me custody, I remember seeing his face when he found out, his eyes lit up and he hugged me and started to cry tears of happiness. I've always been there for him since he was born. I'm also 25 and a girl. Oh and when I come home from work he usually is on my bed asking me to cuddle with him so he can sleep. When I don't sleep with him he can't sleep, it's something when he cuddles into me that helps him sleep. He just wants to be with me, he's the same way with my mom when I'm not home, we're both very confused of what triggered this behavior. He cries a lot as well, poor baby:( he's my best friend and I hate seeing him like this

Issues with Anytrans

I purchased a new ipad and discovered that even though i could transfer all of my apps from my old ipad to my new ipad it didn't bring the data with it… For example with candy crush. I had a lot of hammers and such and can't transfer those for whatever reason… So i purchased anytrans because I was told that it would transfer my data(such as hammers for candycrush).whenever I try though it says that ipad backup failed… Not sure why? What is my purpose of exisiting in the world?

I'm 19. I worked so hard to buy a new IPad and I forgot my passcode and I don't have access to a computer to reboot it and the nearest store is like 2 hours away. It feels like everytime I achieve my goal, I get it snatched away from me at every turn. I don't socialize with people, I don't care for anyone, and I'm not motivated to continue working.

I get depressed that we all live a life just to work for others to pay off our debts and fend for ourselves. Okay so I suspect my friend blocked my phone number since I never get a read report. However if I text them from my iPad (which is synced with my iPhone) then i always get a read report.

Does this mean they did not block my number?

Can blasting music through earbuds damage my ears?

I'm not afraid that my earbuds are broken, I'm just afraid about my hearing. I was listening to video titled heaviest base ever or something like that. The base wouldn't pick up on my iPad speakers, so I plugged in earbuds and cranked the music up all the way. Still couldn't hear the base, just vibrations like before I plugged the earbuds in. When the song was done, my ears felt "fuzzy" for a second but it went away. My ears don't hurt or feel full today, (I did this last night) and I don't have any hearing loss. My ears feel kinda weird though, even though nothing feels wrong. It's probably because I'm paranoid. I know I was stupid. Will I be okay?

I'm starting my graduate degree program in a few weeks, and I'm discovering that my 7 year old MacBook is too slow for college. I'm thinking about upgrading, but the cost of a new MacBook is expensive. I was thinking of buying an iPad or upgrading my phone to an iphone and attaching a keyboard to it. I was wondering if this would be good enough for college or will it be too slow? Thanks.

My iPad mini won't turn on

Well it's my brother's iPad mini, but that's not the point. A week ago, he dropped the iPad and the screen cracked. A couple days later it won't turn on. It technically is because you can hear notifications and stuff, but it won't show up on the screen. I can't force shut it down because the home button is broken. My dad is planning to get the iPad fixed. Will replacing the screen resolve this problem?

I'm planning on resetting my iPad to factory settings, but I have one game in particular that doesn't automatically save to iCloud and I don't want to lose my progress in. How do I make a backup I can save on my PC until after I reset the iPad, and then transfer it back?

Is it safe for an iPad Mini 4 camera to snap a photo of a solar eclipse?

Where I live, the August 21st solar eclipse will only be partial. If you stare directly at the eclipse you can ruin your eyes. So, what if I were to point my iPad at it and watch it through the screen with the brightness set very low? Is it safe for the device?

Are DMV Driver's Licence Tests Rigged?

I took my driver's ed test today and failed, even though I did everything right. I didn't realize it before, but now I think the tests are rigged for some people. What my examiner did was took notes on an iPad he had before I started driving. Not once did he type anything on it during or after the the test, just before. After I "failed" my test, he told my I had to mail $5 to the DMV along with some paperwork in order to get a retake 3-4 weeks later. Why would they want money to take a test that I had to pay $500 for lessons to get my learner's permit? I think they really only failed me because they want our money. One last thing that really got to me when he told me he failed, was he said, "it was already decided you'd fail the test". What the hell does that even mean? I really think it means he or the entire corrupt DMV rigged it.

Should be concerned about my wife?

I don't snoop on my wife whatsoever. I give her all the freedom and trust in the world. I do notice, however she gets very defensive if I glance at her on her phone or ipad. I won't even mean to look at it; I may just get distracted by the light of her phone turn on nearby, when she gets an alert or msg. I won't read anything. I ll just notice the light and turn away. It rarely happens since it is just a coincidence that my eyes happen to turn to her phone for a quick second, and her looking at me to notice at the same time.

She gets mad and accuses me of looking over her shoulder and spying on her - when i'm not at all.

If I'm looking at my phone or ipad she will (however) look over my shoulder and ask what I'm doing or read what i'm reading and comment on it. I have never given her reason not to trust me, and she always says she trusts me.

Should I be concerned?

I hate my 8 year old sister. How do I cope with her?

Before I start, I just want to say that I "love" my sister meaning that I care about her. Now here s the thing: I don't like her, I hate her. I don't want to spend time with her and I don't want her near me. I hate her because she is extremely rude to my brother and I, she is rude to my mom and has even hit her, she annoys my dog and hurts her, when I correct her (she doesn't talk well, she says non-existent words and pronounces others wrong and messes up sentance order, I don't really know why but my parents don't care?), she gets mad at me and yells and cries and then I get in trouble, she constantly leaves her stuff in my room even after my mom and I have told her multiple times to stop. She watches loud anime during dinner and has spilled various drinks on her iPad. She holds dinner utensils wrong and doesn't use her napkin, she uses her hands and clothes, and its really gross to see her eat but my mom tells me to ignore her and doesn't educate her. She doesn't do anything but watch TV and play videogames but has a constant mess of toys in her room and when my mom says she s going to throw them out, she cries and screams so my mom leaves them even though they re never played with. Sidenote: I don't want to hate her but I don't want to turn into a snob and brat to get along with her. Another sidenote: she s definitely my mom s favorite.

I'm babysitting her and my 9year old brother until August 11th and they start school on Monday. This week dad demanded that I make tem get up at 8am every morning and at 830am she refused to get out of bed while we were eating breakfast. The parents are out of town from Yesterday to August 11th. Dad gave me a schedule for them to follow every day and he said they must have brekfast at 820am and do chores and etc. She refused to wake up so I took her tv, ipad, and electronics privilege away for the day. She threw a pillow at me and called me a *****. I told her you do not ever disrespect adults, you have lost serious privileges. I allowed her to take a nap from 1pm to 2pm today but she is giving me attitude. My parents gave me permission to ground them if they misbehave. I fix their food and help them with chores. I'm taking them shopping tomorrow for school. Mom said if they act up to make them read books and I took her to the library for her to get 3 books just now and we're home. Kids today are bad. I'm 22.

I keep crying for no reason or for the stupidest reasons?

This has never happened before, but for some reason I keep crying either for no reason, or over the stupidest things. Today I even had an anxiety attack just because something was wrong with the IPad screen. It wasn't broken, cracked, damaged, nothing. And it still worked fine, it was just a little bent, (I don't know how that happened tbh or how long it's been there I just noticed it today) and I had an anxiety attack over it. And even after the attack stopped, I still cried a little bit for no reason. Yesterday I cried because I forgot something. I also cried because I accidentally ruined my nail polish. And for no reason at all. These things are frustrating, but I never cry about it? I used to not cry very often, and now I'm crying over the smallest things and don't know why?

My son is 12 and he's always had friends at school but he's never been a kid to go outside and see his friends. For the past 12 years he has stayed in the house and only played video games inside. He gets good grades so my husband and I spoil him with laptops, iPads, iPhone, all video games. This whole summer he has been inside playing games everything. My son doesn't see his friends but he does talk to them a lot through the game, and on phone and text he has "social skills" but he never Gos outside never. He's gonna be 13 in a few days.help? Youtube app won't notify me!

This is getting so annoying, I really just wanna know when a particular youtuber uploads something but the Youtube app will not notify me!
I've clicked the little bell icon beside the 'subscribe' button and selected 'all' from the little options menu. Went to my notification youtube settings and ticked any of the options that applied to me. Went into my iPad's settings and allowed notifications from the youtube app. But I'm stil not getting any notifications!
What do I have to do? Am I missing something?

(I'm using an iPad Air 2 running iOS 10.3.3, btw)

I'm not new to digital art, but I've never owned my own laptop or a drawing tablet before. I currently draw on my iPad I got in 2013, and it's getting old.
