I'm literally on my iPad all day. How can I limit myself?

When I say literally, I mean literally. It's summer, and I don't have close friends, so I just hang out on my iPad all day long doing what I love because I finally have all this free time. But I somehow need to stop this because it's not healthy. I love books so I spend lots of time reading ebooks. I watch movies on websites and just watch tons of YouTube. How can I limit myself? How long should be the max for being on an electronic device be? What is your limit? I need some advice please.
