Somebody hacked into my apple account!

Okay so i got a notificiation stating that my apple ID was used to log into an ipad? And nobody in my family has an iPad in use. I already changed my password but it also said in the notification that my email and icloud account were also set up onto the ipad so what do i do to secure those? Please help asap!
Added (1). Edit- Or since I changed the password will it stop the user on the ipad to use my account? I mean since they have my email they may have got an email about the password change

Ipad mini Repair Help!

Hi
My little sister just got a IPad Mini for christmas. Not even a week after she got it she dropped it and a small crack that you can barley see goes across the screen of the brand new IPad mini.
I know that you can go to a apple store to fix it but the problem is that the closest Apple store is at a Mall that is about 5-6 hours away (i live in Northern Maine) and my family and I have no desire to go down to Portland anytime soon.
Is their a place to send it in to fix it?
And how much will it Cost?
Please Help it is really killing my sister

I'm trying to download an app on my iPad, so it tells me to put my password in and when I do it says I have to verify my billing info, so I go on it and check its all right then I click done and then it says "please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction" I've tried looking on the website but I don't understand it?
