I'm trying to download an app on my iPad, so it tells me to put my password in and when I do it says I have to verify my billing info, so I go on it and check its all right then I click done and then it says "please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction" I've tried looking on the website but I don't understand it? Someone please help me?:-(
