My iPad is disable how do I recover it?

Hi I lost my iPad at an airport for two weeks and finally got it back from the lost and found but now it say iPad is disable connect to iTunes. Then it tells me I have to wipe my iPad becomes I am not able to get the original computer and I can't enter the pass code for my iPad is there a way around wiping my iPad?

My iMessage won't work?

I use I message on my iPad and iPod and it wasn't working on either of them. They are both connected to wifi. I try to send something and it just says sending, it's been saying that for hours. So I went into settings on my iPad, turned off iMessage and turned it on again and now it won't let me log in.
Can someone help me?

IMessage not working?

Today I was using iMessage on my iPad and it takes AGES for messages to send and messages come through Really slowly (I have the same on my phone and it comes fast) I decided to be smart and turn iMessage off and log back in but now it won't let me log back in. It keeps saying check your network connection and try again later but my internet is fine. I've tried turning my internet on and off again, turning the iPad down fully and yeah please help cause I really need it working!

Router is sort of limiting how many wireless devices can join simultaneously (NO DHCP issue)?

I have TP Link router which is working perfect. No problem at all but recently I have a bunch of more devices coming in and trying to connect to the same wifi spot and the problem comes in. It seems like router is consistently trying to limit the number of devices it will serve simultaneously. The reason why I am saying this is I tried connecting my ipad to the router and iphone at the same time. Ipad goes in but iphone gets stuck. When I turn off wifi on my ipad then the iphone gets online. I know this is a bit confusing and obviously it is not DHCP problem as I have pool of IP allocated for more than 80 machines and I am barely using less than 20 (including gadget and such).

Any pointer and input will be very much appreciated. Thanks.

IPad Air can't charge as fast as it drains?

I just bought an IPad Air and basically, I can't use it while it's charging because it literally drain faster than it charges. I had an ipad 1 and an ipad 2 previously and this is NOT that case with any of those, is this something new for the iPad Air or do I just have a faulty one?

My iPad 2 screen won't turn on?

I tried pressing the power button and the little round button below the screen but neither one turns on the screen.

I've tried several times but no success.

what can I do?

PS. Lets get the questions out of the way, shall we…

1) Yes, the battery is not dead because the last time I used it, which was about 15 minutes before I started to get this problem, it had 39% battery power left.

2) Also for some reason, it can still connect to my laptop through iTunes.

3) Yes, it's updated to the latest OS.

IPad charger wire broken?

Recently, my ipad charger wasn't working properly, when I moved the iPad a little bit, it'll stop charging, and then it starts charging again.

I thought nothing of it. But today, I unplugged the charger before it was done charging the iPad, since I just wanted to sync some songs. I noticed the charger was hot, so I let it cool off. After that, I plugged the USB cable onto my PC. It was fine the first few minutes, but I smelt something burning, and immediately unplugged the cable. I took a look and the wire was ripped open, and I can even see the wires. Should I just put some ductape on it? Or should I just buy another charger?
