Two personal bags at airport allowed?

Hi I will be doing some traveling soon. I was curious on whether my situation would be allowed or not.
I plan to have one small duffle bag for most of my luggage: ie: clothes/a pair of shoes. This would go into the overhead compartment.
I have a small backpack that I would like to keep stuff like: notebooks/ipad/extra scarf/travel documents/wallet that is small enough to give me enough space to store underneath. But the problem is I would also like to take my laptop with me. My laptop has its own slim laptop bag that unfortunately does not fit into my backpack.

So. Im curious if i would be okay with going in carrying my duffle, my backpack and a laptop bag without having to face extra charges. I dont want to put my laptop in the duffle since I dont know how obnoxiously other people with harder luggage bags might shove and possibly damage my laptop.

Just in case it makes a difference, I will be going to Canada with Delta.

I want to buy/build a gaming pc?

Ok so I want to either buy or build probably build because that's cheaper. Ok so about 2 3 years ago I bought a 500 dollar laptop that can about only run mine craft… At 30 FPS and that turned out to be the worst mistake of my LIFE because I spent all that money for a laptop that is now breaking down and can't run any games. I also own a Xbox one and game on that… But I feel like moving away from console gaming and getting a PC and no I won't sell my xbox one because I play with my friends on it. So not sure what to do I have about 250 dollars currently and I don't have a job. So I'm really in a pickle I want to be able to play games that are coming out and run them smooth 60 FPS but not sure how much that will be. I also own a iPad mini 1st gen and was thinking about getting a iPad Air but I feel like that would be another big mistake. I'm sorry this question is so jumbled up I just want to be able to game on a nice desktop but I've made some bad mistakes and I need a smart person to please tell me what to do! Thanks in advance. What is with wrong with my comcast wifi internet?

My internet works on computer but my phone it works for like an hour then it stops or works very slowly. I know it's not my phone cause it also has issues my my iPad and my Xbox. Also my modun blinks so idk if new modum would fix it or what. Thanks

The iPad has reset itself?

The iPad has been slightly hit today on the table and it turned off immediately then it showed me the iTunes sign with the cable, I tried Connecting it to my laptop in order to install iTunes on it but it kept telling me that there's error, … I don't really know what iOS I got on it and the iPad's model ~
Help me I have no problem in losing all the data I just want it to turn on 😢

My iPad4 wont turn on?

Its an iPad 4 retina display. It did have a jailbreak and there was a file on cydia that would remove everything I had downloaded from cydia. I forced remove (unsafe) then cydia just closed out on me. I turned the iPad off and now it won't start up. All I see is the Apple icon. I Tried holding the home button and power button at the same time but all it did was turn off faster then normally starting it up.
