I have an iPad 4. I accidentally forgot my password and disabled my iPad. It says connect to iTunes so I plugged it into my mac but then it says allow computer to access iPad and I allowed it but it says I must respond on my iPad but I can't because it's disable. Anyone know what to do?

Did I damage my ears?
So I was watching a video where a plane takes off from inside because I was just curious. And of course my iPad volume was close to the loudest sound setting and the loud sound lasted about 3 seconds. I was using headphone by the way. I know this question is really stupid but, I'm kind of worried about my hearing.
